Using potted completely random design,this thesis researches the effction of on the Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth and physiological indexes under Aluminum Stress.By applying exogenous nitric oxide(SNP),this thesis researches on the acid aluminum stress NO affecting Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth and physiological relief.Test results are as follows:(1)Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth indexes such as seedling height,stem,specific leaf weight,biomass,root growth indices display a trend of downward trend after rising first.Concentration below 0.4 mM aluminum solution for Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth has a certain role in promoting,and 0.2 mM aluminium solution performed the most obvious role in promoting.With aluminum concentration continued to increase,the seedling growth of trees produce inhibition,and 0.8 mM aluminum solution have obvious inhibitory effect on growth.(2)Aquilaria sinensis seedling physiological indexes such as photosynthetic pigment,soluble sugar,soluble protein content and so on increased with the increase of concentration of aluminum is downward trend after rising first.The most obvious promoting effect of the 0.2 mM aluminum,and solution 0.8 mM aluminum solution have obvious inhibitory effect.MDA,SOD,POD and CAT resistance index is presented up trend after droping first.(3)There is significant relief effection that adding nitric oxide donor(SNP),sodium nitrate,on the Aquilaria sinensis seedlings.The results showed that applying low concentration(less than 0.4 mM)aluminum solution for Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth play a role in promoting.Especially,in the concentration of 0.2 mM promoting effect,the most obvious treatment 7 and 2 trees growing optimal.Continue to increase the concentration of aluminum,there is obvious inhibitory effect on Aquilaria sinensis seedling growth.The application of 0.1 mM SNP can ease the aluminum stress on seedling growth inhibitory effect to a certain degree.
