| The Chinese rice is not only one of three major grain crops man in the world,but also one of the major staple food of the Chinese people.With the increase of the population of China the requirements of people on food quality,it is essential to makes the rice varieties of high quality and high yield solve the growing food crisis.Rice contains two subspecies,indica and japonica,respectively.In China,the current output of japonica rice indica rice yield per hectare could be 17%higher,breeding and application of the erect panicle and half erect panicle of japonica rice yield increase.Panicle length is closely related to bend of panicle which is an important yield triat.Further study of panicle length properties inherent genetic mechanism of the formation,it will contribute to shape according to the breeding target panicle morphology.Chromosome fragment segment line(CSSL)compared with the background of parents,only there are differences on the replacement segment,and simplicity,stability,and can be divided.It is a good material for fine mapping of quantitative trait locus.So,this thesis has carried on the following two studies:One,On the basis of previous studies which people got a xiushui 79/C//xiushui 79 BC3F1 group of japonica rice,we use molecular marker-assisted selection,through continuous backcross and selfing,build a fort xiushui 79 background C chromosome segment substitution groups,to explore japonica rice yield related traits advantageous alleles created genetic groups.The second is to use the combination RIL population orientation to the new master control ear length traits(contribution rate 34.1%)QTLaPL9-2,using the above groups of target gene loci heterozygous plant,through single fragment separation group on their chromosome segments for precise positioning.The main research results obtained as follows:1.We constracta set of 58 introgressive system background of xiushui 79 C fort chromosome fragment displacement(XC-CSSL)group.The substituted segments covered the 94.44%genome of the donor C-bao.Among the 58 CSSL lines,6 contained only one donor segment,11 CSSLs two donor segments,15 contained the three donor segments,6 CSSLs contained four donor segments,the 8 CSSLs contained five donor segments,3 contained six donor segments,6 contained seven donor segments,3 have a replacement lines containing 9,10 and 12 donor fragment,respectively.2.The main effect QTLqPL9-2of panicle length of japonica rice is located between the InDel marker LY1504 and SSR marker RM7289 on long arm of chromosome 9,the physical distance of the two molecular makers were 90kb.There are seven genes between two molecular,the name of them are LOCOs09g457100.LOCOs09g456900.LOCOs09g456800.LOCOs09g456700、LOCOs09g456200,LOCOs09g456100、LOCOs09g455900。We figure that LOCOs09g456900is the candidate gene of qPL9-2. |
