Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis(IBR),bovine viral diarrhea(BVD)and bovine parainfluenza type 3(PI-3)are three kinds of important viral infectious diseases harmful to the cattle industry,widely distribute in the world and cause huge economic losses to the cattle industry.They all lead to the bovine respiratory disease syndrome(Bovine respiratory disease complex,BRDC),with clinical manifestations of fever,loss of appetite,depression,dyspnea,cough,salivation,and eye secretions.In accordance with the relevant agreement of import and export cattle,China government requires inspection and quarantine of these three kinds of diseases when cattle are imported abroad.In this paper,we detected the antibody titer of a batch of imported cattle which were vaccinated with IBRV,BVDV and PIV-3 inactivated vaccine in foreign countries,evaluated its immune effect and put forward to suggestion of controlling these diseases.The results are as follows:1.Detection of antibody titer and control strategy for IBRIn this thesis,we detected the antibody titer and IBRV of 126 imported cattle which were vaccinated with IBR inactivated vaccine in foreign countries using the ELISA,neutralization test and PCR methods,analyzed its influence on inspection and quarantine,and put forward to a suggestion for controlling the disease by using gene deficiency vaccine inoculation which can distinguish immunization and natural infection immunity,instead of using conventional inactivated vaccine inoculation.2.Detection of antibody titer and control strategy for BVD In this paper,we measured serum antibody titer of the imported cattle after vaccination with BVDV inactivated vaccine,analyzed its effect on subsequent inspection and quarantine,and put forward the proposal to abolish the overseas immunization with BVDV vaccine.3.Detection of antibody titer and control strategy for PI-3In this thesis,we detected the antibody titer of 31 imported cattle injected with PIV-3 vaccine abroad,recommended the abolition of overseas entry sires BPIV3 vaccine according to the progress in bovine parainfluenza virus type 3 vaccine at home and abroad,and continue to develop more effective new vaccine to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of the disease.In summary,we evaluated immune effect of exported cattle after vaccination with IBR,BVD and PIV-3 inactivated vaccine,comprehensively analyzed the measures of prevention and control of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis,bovine viral diarrhea virus,bovine parainfluenza type 3,and given new suggestions for imported cattle policy of our country.
