Screening of deputy hemolytic vibrio efficient bacteriostatic strains can bring great contribution for the production. The strain of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Vp1 was selected From the sick vannamei, using its screening 7 Bacillus A,B,C,D,E,F,G were selected,B,C,D,E,F,G are Bacillus licheniformis,A is a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, which have strong inhibitory effects to Vp1.For safety test, because A and C bacterium have hemolysis phenomenon.Bacteriostatic rings off B,D,E,F,etc are smaller.So,follow-up experiments using G bacterium, for the biological characteristics experiment and the protection of deputy hemolytic vibrio infection of zebrafish effect experiment.G bacteria in 32?,pH of 5,0.5%salinity,grows the best.Acute toxicity:artificial infection by intraperitoneal injection of zebrafish 4x108CFU/mL,12 h all died,it can be used as pathogenconcentration in subsequent protection experiments.Vpl(2.046x108CFU/mL)and G bacteria(1.5375 x108CFU/mL),have the protective effect of 50%.The results showed that G strains to Vp1 has good control effect. Finally, the strain G was selected which has particularly good effects. It can be used to develop new biological agents,to bring the Gospel to the aquaculture industry.
