Ampelopsis humulifolia ‘ Dongyue Hong ' is a new variety,from Ampelopsis humulifolia Bunge,with Variety.It is selected a new red varieties,is characterized by young leaves,branches and tendrils,flowers are purple,has strong adaptability,vigorous growth,the characteristics of high ornamental value.The breeding of‘Dongyue Hong' to fill in the blank of colored vines,therefore research on‘Dongyue Hong' resistance aspect has the vital significance.Drought and salt stress is a major environmental factors limiting plant growth,Therefore,it is very important to select drought tolerant and salt tolerant plants.This study 1 year ‘ Dongyue Hong ' west as test materials,potting soil culture experiment method,set up 80% of the soil field capacity(control group),W1.60% of the soil field capacity(mild stress),W2.40% of the soil field capacity(moderate stress),W3;Soil 20% of field capacity)(severe stress,W4,four processing drought stress gradient,set 0.042%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.4% 5 concentration gradient of NaCl solution,the seedlings to salt stress processing,measuring every 7 days ‘ Dongyue Hong ' photosynthetic characteristics,fluorescence parameters and leaf relative water content,soluble protein,mda content and superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),to study the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes.The major research results were summarized as follows:(1)With the increase of the degree of drought stress,‘Dongyue Hong' Leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),after rising to decline,a significant reduction in the transpiration rate(Tr),leaf intercellular CO2(Ci)with the increase of the degree of drought stress,presents the first rise after falling.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fm under drought stress,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Fo as the extension of drought stress time,presents the rising trend,leaf relative water content change trend upward trend after first slow decline.Soluble protein content showed a trend of rise after falling first,achieve the lowest when 21 d.Malondialdehyde(MDA)content of longer duration of drought stress was gradually rising trend,the maximum of 28 d,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activity of tend to rise before fall.Comprehensive drought resistance evaluation results,‘Dongyue Hong' suit in can destroy in mountain afforestation,the mountain vegetation restoration region can be widely used.But under the severe drought stress,‘Dongyue Hong' impact is bigger.In the applications,the soil drought should be appropriate irrigation.(2)With the increase of the concentration of NaCl stress,‘Dongyue Hong' the leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)are as NaCl stress increases gradually decline.Blade of fluorescence parameters of Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm are gradually decreased(P < 0.01),and the change of Fv/Fo no significant difference(P>0.05).Soluble protein content increased with the increase of salt concentration,first after the downward trend.21 d when the concentration of treatment in maximum.Malondialdehyde(MDA)content was gradually rising trend,and peaked at 28 d,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activity of tend to rise before fall.Comprehensive physiological index changes,you can see that on‘Dongyue Hong'indicators of growth under salt stress has a certain impact.
