| Three-dimensional laser scanning technology is a new laser measurement technology which has developed rapidly in recent ten years. It is a new technology of Surveying and mapping after the GPS space positioning technology. The scanning system is based on the principle of transmitting and receiving pulse laser and using point cloud(high precision 3D data)to show the color 3D models of measured object.Because the 3D laser scanning technology can obtain the three-dimensional coordinate of the object surface with high speed, high precision and high density, and no need to contact the measured object, therefore, this technology has been used in soil erosion monitoring now.As the core city of the Pearl River Delta,Guangzhou is at the forefront of China’s economic development. The water and soil erosion caused by human factors such as urban construction, quarrying, road construction, construction of development zone and slope farmland caused a greater negative impact on the ecological environment and living environment. However,at present, the emergency monitoring of soil erosion in Guangzhou is still in its infancy and the status quo based on traditional monitoring of equipment and technology has not fundamentally changed over the years. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the monitoring of soil and water loss based on 3D laser scanning to maintain and improve the ecological environment of Guangzhou.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic principle, hardware and software composition, application field and data processing method of 3D laser scanning technology. Then, the paper summarizes the types and causes of soil and water loss in Guangzhou, and analyzes the sensitive areas which are prone to disasters.Subsequently, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used to simulate the water and soil erosion in different indoor inducing factors.Through the point cloud data splicing, denoising, filtering and other methods to calculate the specific scanning area based on a reference surface of the amount of loss and the actual loss of precision verification. The results(the error rate is about 5%)show that the 3D laser scanning technology is feasible in the emergency monitoring of soil and water loss.In addition,we have do the field emergency monitoring applications respectively for the quarry area, real estate development area, road construction area. Finally, based on the previous data and cases,we designed the emergency monitoring plan of soil and water loss disaster based on 3D laser scanning technology. |
