In the drip irrigation system,the differential pressure fertilization tank is the most widely used fertilizer equipment,the export fertilizer concentration with the fertilizer tank before and after the pressure and fertilizer and other factors change,a direct impact on the quality of fertilization and system stability.At present,the research on drip fertilization is mainly focused on the indoor and environmental conditions,and the hydraulic performance and fertilization performance of the drip irrigation and fertilization plant are studied.The research on fertilization performance of drip irrigation and fertilization plant in field environment has been applied and popularized.In this paper,the pressure-type fertilization tank with volume of 13 L was used as the research object.By controlling different fertilization and pressure difference conditions,the fertilization performance of the fertilizer concentration of fertilizer' fertilizer was studied with time.And the amount of fertilizer applied to the irrigation drip pressure fertilization system of irrigation and fertilization uniformity of a comprehensive assessment.The amount of fertilizer applied in the experiment was 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 kg,and the pressure difference between the application and the application was 0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12 and 0.15 MPa.Shiyang River Basin field experiment 5 times irrigation,each application of potash 1kg,phosphate fertilizer 1.5kg.The main conclusions of the experiment are as follows:(1)The flow rate of the effluent tank was increased with the time,and the concentration of fertilizer in the fertilizer application decreased with the time,and the concentration of fertilizer in the first 10 min was the most obvious,and it became stable after 20 min.The amount of fertilizer applied per time is suitable for the range of 1.0~2.0kg.Overdose will cause the fertilization to take too long and some of the fertilizer will not dissolve at the end of fertilization.The main influencing factors of fertilization were the amount of fertilizer and the effect of pressure difference,fertilization duration and fertilization,pressure is a power function.(2)In the field experiment,the effective application rate of fertilizer was higher under the condition of 1kg fertilizer,1h fertilization time and 0.1MPa fertilizer pressure,and(fertilization tank applied to drip irrigation pressure pipeline effective Application rate)is relatively high,the pressure fertilization tank fertilization is more effective.P fertilizer in the fertilizer tank and drip irrigation pipeline,the amount of fertilizer deposited is a percentage point higher than that of K fertilizer.If the fertilizer in the fertilizer tank and the drip irrigation pipe can be completely irrigated into the field,additional irrigation will be needed.This analysis,the use of drip pressure differential system to cast K fertilizer and P fertilizer,the P fertilizer is less efficient,is not conducive to drip fertilization,the need to use new P fertilizer,compound fertilizer or liquid fertilizer to improve the P fertilizer Fertilization efficiency.(3)In the evaluation of the uniformity of the total amount of irrigation and the total amount of fertilization under different pressure conditions,the uniformity of total irrigation volume was better than that of total fertilization,and the uniformity of total irrigation was not easy to be fertilized The difference between the pressure at both ends of the tank and the uniformity of the fertilization will increase and decrease when the pressure difference changes.In the combination of the applied fertilization amount and the pressure difference,the amount of fertilizer applied is 2kg.When the difference is 0.09 MPa,the uniformity of the total amount of irrigation and the total fertilization is the best.(4)The uniformity of the total amount of water in the total amount of irrigation and the total amount of fertilizer applied to the total amount of fertilizer and the total amount of fertilizer applied in the total amount of fertilizer and the total amount of fertilizer applied in different periods is better.The total amount of fertilizer applied in the total amount of fertilizer and the total amount of fertilizer applied in different periods is much lower than that of K fertilizer.It is concluded that P fertilizer is difficult to dissolve completely in the aqueous solution,and the insoluble matter in the P fertilizer can cause drip irrigation Pipe and emitter blockage,making the fertilizer at different times the uneven release;K fertilizer' fertilizer coefficient of variation and irrigation coefficient of variation than the P fertilizer,the analysis of income in the drip pressure system K fertilizer than P fertilizer Conducive to irrigation and fertilization.
