Water and fertilizer integration technology has the advantages of saving water and fertilizer;However,fertilization increased the complexity of irrigation water quality,especially for surface water and reclaimed water sources;the use of these sources of water and fertilizer integrated drip irrigation is more likely to lead to plug plug.In order to investigate the clogging of the emitter with different channel structure;effects of fertilizer type and fertilization concentration,water application and muddy water fertilization on the clogging of emitter.In this paper,four kinds of channel structure,three kinds of fertilizer,the two kinds of water sources.The effects of the structure of the flow channel,the type of fertilizer application,the concentration of fertilizer and the water source on the clogging of the emitter were studied by full combination test.The main conclusions are as follows.1.The emitter clogging in drip irrigation with different channel structure is different;after many times of irrigation,the flow rate of the arc shaped runner drop is small,and the anti clogging performance of the circular arc shaped channel structure is higher.The blockage of the ladder shaped runner is more serious,and the anti clogging performance is poor and the clogging risk is larger.The emitter channel design process,should increase the arc structure.2.When there was no suspended sediment in irrigation water,the effect of Urea Application on emitter clogging was significant.The effect of Potassium Fertilizer on the clogging of the emitter was not obvious,and the application of potassium fertilizer was more suitable than that of urea.The application of drip irrigation with high concentration of urea was more likely to cause clogging of the emitter,and the anti clogging performance of potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer was better.3.When there are more sediment particles in the irrigation water,the complexity of water quality is increased due to the application of drip irrigation.The application of potassium fertilizer was the most obvious,but the application of urine was not obvious.Drip irrigation with fertilizer can increase the risk of clogging of the plug,and the process of clogging is mainly the coupling of chemical and physical clogging.The reasons of different kinds of fertilizer were different,and the process of urea and compound fertilizer was mainly caused by the precipitation of fertilizer.4.When the irrigation water was clear water,the effect of low concentration fertilization on the clogging of the emitter was not significant.Four kinds of flow channel structures are suitable for drip irrigation with low concentration.When the drip irrigation was applied to high concentration fertilizer or drip irrigation with muddy water,the resistance of E1 and E2 was better than that of E4 drip irrigation,and it was more suitable for drip irrigation with water and fertilizer.The anti clogging performance of E3 and E4.5.After urea fertilization,not all of the clogging of the emitter was more serious with the increase of the fertilizer concentration.The greater the concentration of E1,the more serious the blockage of E1 emitter.E2,E3,and E4 drops with the increase of the concentration of fertilizer,and the blockage of the emitter is the process of repeated blockage.
