Clostridium perfringens(Clostridium perfringens)also known as Clostridium welchii,It generally exists in the nature of the soil,water,food,feed,feces and animal intestines.This bacterium can produce a variety of toxins and enzymes,the main toxins are alpha,beta,epsilon and iota,The alpha toxins,which is one of the most major toxin of Clostridium perfringens,Every type of bacteria can produce alpha toxins,among which the A type production of alpha toxin of Clostridium perfringens produced the highest amount.Clostridium perfringens of different types can cause different diseases.Clostridium perfringens type A can cause a variety of intestinal diseases in livestock,such as necrotizing enterocolitis,sepsis,and traumatic gangrene.In addition,Clostridium perfringens type A is a major cause of food poisoning in humans.In recent years,the sudden death of livestock has brought huge economic losses to the aquaculture industry.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent outbreaks.To achieve scientific and effective prevention,it is necessary to use a safe vaccine,for different toxins using different antigenic components,it is necessary to investigate the prevalence of Clostridium perfringens type in epidemic areas.This experiment isolation and identification of Clostridium perfringens from different animal houses.Through the multiple PCR method respectively,We identify of Clostridium perfringens of swine,cattle,poultry and rabbit source,their serotypes were A type bacteria,and the animal environment and animal Clostridium perfringens type A there are a lot of relevant.This experiment selected SPF chickens and New Zealand rabbits were used as experimental animal,We use alpha poisons attack experiment anima,After,we analysis and comparison of different sources of animal virulence of Clostridium perfringens type A cross infection and pathogenicity difference,Among the A528,rabbit,pig and cattle,the virulence of Clostridium perfringens type A was the strongest,the incidence rate was 80%,and the virulence of Clostridium perfringens type A was the weakest.The incidence was only about20%.It reveals the different animal source of Clostridium perfringens type A part of the biological characteristics,and provides a theoretical basis for screening vaccine strain.This study also successfully chickens and two kinds of Clostridium perfringens type A toxoid vaccine source prepared two kinds of rabbit,and then use the toxin vaccine prepared by immunization of animal experiments,21 days later,on the experimental animal immune injection 2 lethal dose of Clostridium perfringens alpha toxin,confirmed the protective effect of the vaccine.Through the cross protection of the chicken and rabbit source of Clostridium perfringens type A toxoid vaccine can protect susceptible animal species cross,for the future treatment of animal clostridial disease provides some evidence,also more of a choice.
