| In this paper,the effects of different lignification degree spike,different cutting period,different light matrix formula,different plant growth regulators and different fertilization methods on Lithocarpus polystachyus cutting propagation were studied.Lithocarpus polystachyus cutting propagation technology system was established,For Lithocarpus polystachyus cutting seedling to provide technical support and theoretical basis for the realization of artificial cultivation to lay a solid foundation.The main results are as follows:1、Semi-lignification Lithocarpus polystachyus spike cutting survival rate was the highest.Three kinds of woody,semi-lignification and shoots were used to cut the propagation experiment.The results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings was the highest(85.67%),the rooting rate of softwood cuttings was 43.67%,and the rooting rate of lignin was the lowest(40.67%).Therefore,when cutting and cutting A,it is appropriate to select semi-lignified branches as cuttings.2、Lithocarpus polystachyus cutting propagation is best for autumn.Semi-lignified A spike was used for cutting propagation in spring,summer,autumn and winter.The results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings was 90%in autumn,86.33%in spring and 80.67%in summer.The number of rooting in autumn was 18,and the number of rooting in spring,summer and winter was 7,(79.62%),higher than that in spring(60.60%)and autumn(60.60%),which was higher than that in spring(60.60%),and the highest in autumn was 6.56cm,which was 20.37%,27.63%and 23.30%higher than that in spring,autumn and winter respectively.(56.73%)and winter(59.66%).In short,in addition to the longest root,the survival rate,the number of roots,bud buds are the best in autumn.3、The effects of exogenous plant growth regulators on the rooting of Polygonum cuspidate were significantly improved,and the rooting rate,rooting number,root length,root fresh weight and cutting rate were significantly improved.Using IBA,ABT6 and NAA three kinds of plant growth regulators.The treatments were carried out for 1 h,and the treatments were carried out for 1 h,respectively,after 50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L,400 mg/L and 800 mg/L.The results showed that the callus was 200 mg/L,400 mg/L,800 mg/L,and the time was 35 d;followed by 200 mg/L of IBA,400 mg/L,800 mg/L Processed cuttings for a period of 42 d.The rooting rate of cuttings of ABT6 was more than 80%at 60 d after rooting,and 200 mg/L of NAA,400 mg/L,800 mg/L and 200 mg/L of IB A,800 mg/L The rooting rate of about 70%.Considering the test results and production costs,it is considered that the 200 mg/L treatment of ABT6 is most suitable for practical production in the treatment.4、In different combinations of matrices,the rooting rate of formula 1(yellow soil:peat soil = 4:1)was the highest,reaching 96.38%.In addition,formula 2(yellow heart:perlite = 4:1),formula 3(yellow heart:coconut:Soil = 3:1:1),formula 4(yellow heart:coconut:perlite = 3:1:1),formula 5(yellow heart 100%)and other average rooting rate are more than 80%.The worst effect of 100%river sand,rooting rate was only 48.67%.The results showed that the addition of peat soil could improve the rooting rate of Lithocarpus polystachyus cuttings,while the addition of river sand or 100%river sand was not conducive to cutting rooting.The average rooting number and the longest root index of formula 6(peat soil:river sand =1:4)were significantly higher than those of other formula,the number reached 7.05,the longest root reached 6.81 cm,Conducive to cutting root growth after rooting.5、The cuttings were treated in half a month,such as water,urea,superphosphate,compound fertilizer,weekly leaf foliar fertilizer and optimized fertilization.The results showed that the optimal fertilization method,that is,the foliar fertilizer was applied once a week,and the method of urea,compound superphosphate or compound fertilizer was applied every half of the month to promote the growth of cuttings,shoots and leaf number in the other four treatments,the length of the shoots reached 25.96cm,the thickness of the shoots reached 3.78mm,and the number of leaves reached 16.26 tablets.Optimized fertilization treatment after half a year of cutting seedlings height,diameter to reach the nursery requirements,suitable for promotion in production.6、A combination of yellow heart soil,yellow soil + peat,yellow soil and perlite was used as A cutting propagation experiment substrate and 0 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L,400 mg/L and 800 mg/L ABT solution were immersed in Lithocarpus polystachyus cuttings for treatment.The results show that the best overall performance is yellow soil + peat,followed by yellow heart soil,yellow soil + perlite worst,which with yellow soil + peat matrix porosity,drainage capacity and water retention,fertilizer ability are better.The effect of ABT concentration on the growth and quality of cuttings was low and high,and the highest value appeared at 100 mg/L ABT in yellow soil + peat.The seedlings reached 11.50cm and the shoots reached 3.30cm,which was the highest in each treatment.The test performed a better combination.In summary,the best way to Lithocarpus polystachyus cutting was to use half-lignified branches,soaked with 100~200mg/L ABT6 for 1h,and cut into the matrix with 4:1 ratio of yellow soil and peat soil in autumn.The rooting and seedling growth were the best the foliar fertilizer application and leaching combination of fertilization method of seedling growth is best. |
