The Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee)is an important pest of maize,which restricts the yield and quality of Maize in China.The main maize producing area in the northeast China,in general,the spring maize's yield reduction 10%was affected by corn borer,which could reduce the yield of Maize by more than 30%in the outbreak year.In recent years,Biological characteristics and harm habits of Asian corn bore have changed significantly due to the global climate warming,the farming system and the replacement of maize varieties.Result in damage was aggravated,high frequency increasing and control more difficult These borers are difficult to control with chemical approaches because their larvae reside in the stem and thereby avoid contact.In addition,there are concerns about the broader harmful effects of insecticides on beneficial arthropods.The whole world an ongoing focus on the development of environmental'ly friendly and sustainable management practices that can also reduce the likelihood of pesticide resistance developing in pests.Biological control is a key component of integrated pest management programmes in combination withselective pesticide use,and information on interactions between natural enemies,hosts and other abiotic factors is required to optimally select biological control agents.Important beneficial species in the biological control of lepidopteran pests are the Trichogramma(Hymenoptera:Trichogrammatidae),minute polyphagous endoparasitoids of insect eggs,are used against a variety of crop pests throughout the world.This study use HRM analysis method for identification of Trichogramma species,study of T.dendrolimi diffusion distance in the corn field,compare of different methods of control efficiency on the control of field O.furnacalis and estimate the impact on maize yield of release of T.dendrolimi control the one generation Asian corn borer and the one and twice generation Asian corn borer.1.On the basis of optimizing HRM reaction system,application of the melting curve of PCR was analyzed by software processing.Get the normalized melting curve and the normalized difference curve successful identification of the 3 Trichogramma species.The establishment based on HRM technology method for rapid identification of T.dendrolimi?T.ostriniae and T.japonicum.2.Release of 0.3million wass in maize field 14.7ha.The number of Trichogramma individuals of each regular survey of trapping point yellow trapped,then application of several diffusion models calculated the diffusion distance of control the one and two generation the corn borer.The average diffusion distances were 24.55m and 29.62m respectively.We estimated that 20 and 15 release points/ha would be required in control one generation and twice generation the corn borer respectively.3.This study used the UAV and manpower release in Trichogramma card,compared the control efficiency.Compared of different planting density and release method effect of control efficiency of Trichogramma in the field.Through survey shows,under the same planting density,there was no significant difference between the two treatments in the field control of Asian corn borer.Under the different planting density,the control effect of Asian corn borer of using the UAV:Low density planting>normal density planting>high density planting.4.This experiment compared the impact on maize yield of release of T.dendrolimi control the one generation Asian corn borer and the one and twice generation Asian corn borer.The survey of corrected parasitism?the rate of decline of each index and measured results shows thatthe release of T.dendrolimi control effect of field corn borer and yield loss rate control 1,2 generation(57.79%and 6.15%)more than control 1 generation(30.95%and 4.93%).
