Xinjiang cotton is rich in resources,but the utilization rate is low.The cotton stalk resources reasonable and efficient utilization of the development of the Southern will bring the power,it also has a positive effect on reducing air pollution.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the rational use of Xinjiang cotton stalk,and then introduces the present situation of biomass utilization in southern Xinjiang cotton stalk as the research in this paper.The object,based on the intelligent pyrolysis carbonization muffle furnace,find out the combination of process parameters for the preparation of cotton stalk carbon energy optimal.In this paper the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The water dropped from straw just collected 41.84% to 11.46% a month later,is falling,but a month later the water gently decreased,basically not reduced.The volatile content increased from the beginning of the 22.95% to 52.87% a month later,the volatile rise is very obvious,but a month after the volatile increase slowly,not on the increase.The fixed carbon content and ash content is not affected by the change of time and change.The impact of order of primary and secondary factors of carbon were B,A,C(final pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,holding time).The optimal combination for the final pyrolysis temperature 400 ?,the heating rate of 8 ? /min,holding time 1h.to verify the process parameters optimization,according to the optimal combination of pyrolysis and charring of cotton stalk powder,charcoal yield is 36.14%.(2)As the pressure increases,cotton carbon compression molding,cotton stalk powder density gradually increased after the compressive strength of 30 Mpa tends to be flat.As the pressure increases,the slope is more and more small,this is because the initial stage of the compression process is loose to overcome the cotton stalk powder,process,the porosity of cotton stalk carbon mainly between the cotton stalk powder.Very sensitive to the change of density of cotton stalk carbon pressure.But in the transition stage and pressing stage,cotton stalk powder,cotton stalk carbon compression curve variation difference becomes smaller.(3)Energy carbon prepared under Different Cotton Stalk Pyrolysis Parameters of the water loss peak temperature range of 62 ?-82 ?.Energy carbon prepared under Different Cotton Stalk Pyrolysis Parameters of the combustion process in weightlessness peak are not the same,the lowest temperature is300 ? in the pyrolysis temperature,holding time of 3 hours of cotton stalk the most obvious loss of energy carbon temperature is 454 ?,the highest temperature is in 500 degrees,pyrolysis temperature,holding time of 4 hours of cotton stalk carbon most obvious energy loss temperature of 1028 DEG.Cotton stalk char combustion process,devolatilization have overlapping intervals and fixed carbon combustion temperature range of cotton stalk char combustion Burned by combustion of volatile matter and fixed carbon combustion.The determination of biomass char burnout temperature with its DTG value close to 0,and no obvious changes to boundaries.For cotton stalk,cotton stalk charcoal contains large amounts of volatile alkali metal compounds,this paper finds that the cotton stalk carbon materials for fixed carbon combustion temperature and burnout temperature of the end value.And the burnout temperature estimates of cotton stalk char value.(4)There is the ignition temperature of carbon energy of cotton stalk prepared under different conditions.The difference range of ignition temperature is 175 degrees centigrade to 228 degrees centigrade.The ignition temperature is the lowest in the final pyrolysis temperature is 300 ?,the holdingtime is energy carbon prepared under the condition of cotton stalk 1H,ignition temperature is the highest in the final pyrolysis temperature is 600? the holding time is energy,carbon 3h of cotton stalk prepared under the condition.Burnout temperature is 1020? C to 1488?.Burnout temperature is the lowest in the pyrolysis temperature of 600 ?,the holding time is 4h energy carbon cotton stalk prepared under the condition,the burnout temperature is the highest in the pyrolysis temperature of 600?,holding time 1h Cotton stalk h energy carbon prepared under the condition.
