| The roots of rice seedling could be fully protected if planted by the technology of bowl seedling,thus the seedling will have a higher rate of survival and lower rate of reseeding,which is beneficial to improve the output of rice.Acted as the core components of transplanter,the performance of transplanting mechanism will directly decide the quality of planting of rice seedling.The research on transplanting mechanism in China has harvested certain results,but most of the structure of which are complex to some extent,which will affect the reliability of planting.Therefore,inventing a new type of transplanting mechanism with simple structure and higher reliability is of great significance to realize the mechanization of rice planting.To solve the existing problems of transplanting mechanism,redesigned and optimized the structure of it by the method of mathematical modeling and kinematics simulation on the premise of a new type of seedling bed produced by polymer material.The main content of research is as follows:(1)Analyzed the condition of development of transplanting mechanisms in domestic and out of abroad,determined the research target of this paper after researching and summarizing the merits and demerits of all kinds of transplanting mechanisms.(2)Researched the working principle of transplanting mechanism from the perspective of bionics,on the basis of which designed a new type of working trajectory which will protect the roots of rice seedling;designed two kinds of transplanting mechanisms to realize this trajectory and determined to adopt the transplanting mechanism which have higher rate of reliability as the object of study after comparing and analyzing.(3)Established the mathematical model of this device;applied the method of humancomputer interaction to optimize the parameters of transplanting mechanism from the perspective of orthogonal test method,analyzed the relationship between the posture of trajectory and various parameters and determined one set of parameters as the subsequent research object.(4)Established the mathematical model of tooth profile of elliptical gear with analytical method and analyzed the reason that it cannot generate the root of tooth;improved the method of generating the transition curve of root of elliptical gear tooth from the perspective of analogy method,and researched the effect of this method to the bending stress of tooth root;analyzed the intrinsic characteristic of elliptical gear and how the eccentricity would affect it.(5)Established the 3D prototype model of transplanting mechanism and executed the kinematics simulation of it,analyzed its kinematics characteristic on points of seedling taking and planting,proved that this mechanism could satisfy the agronomic requirement of transplanting of rice seedling;assembled and tested the entity prototype and proved the feasibility of this mechanism again. |
