The Present Situation And Countermeasures Research On Rural Drinking Water Safety In Yongjia County

Water is essential for human survival material,along with the industrialization and city level,the demand for water supply for residents and industrial and service industry growth,protect rural drinking water safety is directly related to the farmers’ life and health,at the same time,it is also the basic condition of building a well-off society.Because of the large population and shortage of water resources in rural areas,there are still many safety problems in rural drinking water quality and quantity.Yongjia county is located in the south of the province of Zhejiang,the Oujiang River downstream of the north shore,on the East China Sea,and Wenzhou city across the river.The county has a total area of 2674.3 square kilometers,of which the mountain area of2308.5 square kilometers,the plain area of 265 square kilometers,the lake area of rivers and lakes is an area of 100.8 square kilometers,known as "one of the eight mountains of water and a field".This paper takes Yongjia county rural drinking water safety as an example,carefully expounded the theory system of drinking water hygiene management in rural areas,including the "drinking water health standards"(GB5749-2006),the health evaluation index system of rural drinking water safety,and expounds the scientific development theory,the theory of public governance.A detailed investigation of the current situation of Yongjia county rural drinking water,rural water found widespread drinking water quality compliance rate is not high,the increasingly serious pollution,water shortage and security management is not in place and other outstanding issues.Based on the comprehensive analysis on each problem,draw lessons from foreign developed countries on rural drinking water safety research experience,combined with the current situation and problems of rural drinking water in Wenzhou City,puts forward suggestions to improve the scientific countermeasures: the government in regulatory functions to further clarify the government departments to increase capital investment,strengthen supervision,to play their respective the function,at the same time to strengthen the protection of water sources,establish and perfect the legal protection of water sources in rural areas,to further strengthen the rural sewage treatment to strengthen publicity and guidance,to create a good atmosphere for the rural areas of Yongjia County,the science is to provide important reference.
