The soil and water loss is serious in the loess area with complicated topography of China,the serious soil erosion has become one of the key factors limiting the economic development of this area.Soil and water loss prediction is important for the sustainable development of ecological environment,and it is also an important basis for the layout and planning of soil and water conservation measures in production and construction projects in this area.How to forecast the soil and water loss caused by the production and construction project quickly and accurately is an urgent problem to be solved in the compilation of soil and water conservation scheme.It is also the core problem to be solved in the design of soil erosion prevention and control measures.The soil erosion of soil accumulated place is the important component of the soil erosion in the production and construction project.In this study,the soil erosion in production and construction project with different soil stacking forms in the loess area was simulated,and the laws of soil erosion in these conditions was studied to find the best soil stacking forms.The results indicated that:(1)In the soil stacking form with linear slope(Case I),the soil erosion decreased with the increasing angle of the slope,and when the slope angle was more than 26°,the soil erosion reduction was negligible.In Case I,the soil erosion was the lightest when the slope angle reached the angle of repose of soil,which achieved the safety requirements of the soil accumulated place,and the land occupation was minimized as well.(2)In the soil stacking form with fold line slope(Case II),the soil erosion was affected by both the two slope angles: ?1 and ?2.When the angle of the lower half slope ?1 was constant,with the increasing upper half slope angle ?2,the soil erosion reduced firstly,and it increased subsequently.When ?2 was constant,with the increasing ?1,the soil erosion exhibited a continuous reducing.(3)In the soil stacking form with steps(Case III),the soil erosion was affected by both the two slope angles: ?1 and ?2.When the angle of the lower half slope ?1 was constant,with the increasing upper half slope angle ?2,the soil erosion reduced firstly,and it increased subsequently.When ?2 was constant,with the increasing ?1,the soil erosion exhibited a continuous increasing.The width of the road(d)was positively related to the soil erosion,which could be calculated according to the actual situation.(4)Based on the analysis of the Case II and Case III,when ?1 = 40° and ?2 =26°,the soil erosion was the minimum.(5)After the two types of soil and water conservation measure,such as planting grass and color bar cloth was used,the soil erosion of the soil accumulated place were simulated based on the WEPP model respectively.The simulation results showed that the grass and the cloth of colored strip could effectively control the soil erosion.
