far the lack of effective vaccines and drugs can only be controlled by population purification.However,due to poor management of farming,purification is not complete and other reasons,the disease in the poultry area is still widespread,especially in developing countries.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore new ways to control ALV infection and spread.Taishan pine pollen,Sophora japonica,ginkgo and aloe are gathered a lot of life elements,rich in nutrients and active substances,with antibacterial,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,improve immune function and other functions,and tumor important for anti-ALV-J infection and tumor-suppressing drug development.In this study,we collected the freshly collected pine pollen,aloe vera,ginkgo biloba and Sophora japonica with the acute tumorigenic J subgroup avian leukemia virus(ALV-J)as the starting point.Polysaccharide,the effects of four plant polysaccharides on the inhibition of acute tumorigenic ALV-J tumor were studied.The antitumor effect of four kinds of plant polysaccharides was compared and the four kinds of polysaccharides were tested by the related immunological indexes.Effects of plant polysaccharides on the body group.Part Two: Comparison of four kinds of Polysaccharides on immune enhancement of ALV-J acute tumorIn order to investigate the effects of polysaccharides from polysaccharides,aloe polysaccharides,ginkgo biloba polysaccharides and polysaccharides from Sophora japonica polysaccharides on immunization of acute tumor-induced acute tumor-induced acute neoplasms,this study measured groups.The results showed that the polysaccharide group had better immunopotentiation effect on chicks infected with ALV-J acute tumor.The results showed that the polysaccharides of pine pollen could delay the infection time of acute tumorigenic ALV-J chickens and prolong the natural survival time of infected chicks and inhibit the growth of chicks.In addition,the related immunological indexes The results showed that the polysaccharide had good immunopotentiation effect on the infected chicken,and it was better than that of aloe polysaccharide,ginkgo biloba polysaccharide and Sophora japonica
