Wheat,one of the most important food crops,has a direct impact on our food security.Improve the spike grain number is the one of important measure to realize super-high-yield wheat cultivation,so research the spike and floret development has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the wheat production.This experiment adopts different spike type wheat varieties,set up four levels of nitrogen treatment and three planting density,by studying the processing wheat flower development and dynamic change,the development and degeneration of floret in the process of the spike and floret development,grain number and setting rate of different spike of wheat ears,discusses nitrogen dense interactions regulating the spike development,to further understand the regulation of cultivation measures and management of nitrogen fertilization and density to floret development.The wheat floret number has been rising and falling trend,finally tends to be stable,but the maximum number of flower in the different treatment is different eventually,TN 18 farmers per spike differentiation of floret significantly more than the maximum of JM 22,and the different parts of per ear,the of number floret of middle spikelets most can reach 10 or so;The number of spikelets per panicle was falling after rising,eventually stability,there are differences between the group,the middle spikelets per panicle development first,floret differentiation from central,per spikelet flowers development from the base of ear and turn upward,nitrogen treatment,a maximum of two varieties of wheat flower development were greater than nitrogen free treatment,wheat floret number increased with the increase of use level of nitrogen,the degree of increase was fast then slow.In the significant use level of nitrogen,the total number of flowers of TN 18 had adecrease,under different nitrogen application condition,the number of grain of TN 18 was significantly increased under low nitrogen and medium nitrogen treatment,and the growth rate was decreased under high nitrogen treatment,the number of grains per spike of JM 22 was decreased,and the number of spikelets was decreased.The seed setting rate of TN 18 was the highest in N2 treatment,N2 treatment followed by N1 treatment,the low nitrogen treatment and the medium nitrogen treatment were significantly higher than those of high nitrogen treatment.The seed setting rate of JM 22 was the highest under medium nitrogen treatment,and the N0 treatment and N3 treatment were not significant differences.The seed setting rate of TN 18 and JM 22 could be increased first and then decreased with the increase of N application rate.The higher the N treatment rate,the lower the seed setting rate,The highest seed setting rate of N0 was the highest at the top of panicle,indicating that the number of fertile flowers was increased by nitrogen application,but there was no have a homologous increase in the number of grains.the number of floret of TN 18 decreased with the increase of planting density,but the difference was not significant at different planting density.The number of fertile flowers could decrease with the increase of planting density.The total number of flowers of JM 22 decreased with the increase of planting density,and the number of fertile flowers was not obvious under the different treatment,and the total spikelet number has a maximum under D1 treatment.The effect of planting density on TN 18 and JM 22 seed number was more significant.The number of spikelets per panicle of TN 18 was significantly higher than that of nitrogen-free treatment,and the same planting density was applied.The number of grains per spike was significantly increased by nitrogen application,the number of grains increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate,while the difference of 1000-grain weight was not significant.The total yield increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The planting density had a significant effect on the spike number and spikelet number of TN 18 and JM 22,and the effect of density on 1000-grain weight was not significant.The effect of planting density on TN 18 yield was obvious,with the increase of planting density and yield,JM 22 production did not show the corresponding law.The responses of single grain size to grain density showed different rules.The grain weight of higher grain was increased with the increase of planting density,the single grain weight decreased obviously,and the fourth grainweight of TN 18 increased with the increase of planting density The results showed that JM22 showed similarity to TN 18,and the single grain weight of higher grain was decreased with the increase of seed density.
