Tomato chlorosis virus(ToCV)bings a great harm for vegetables in China.We studied occurrence regularity and control strategy of ToCV in greenhouse;The application ratio of pesticide is low in the course of controling diseases and pests.Therefore,we analyzed effects of pesticide formulation?spray aided agent on the wetting property of vegetable leaves.The distribution patterns of virucide on tomato plants were determined under the different applying ways.The influencing factors of droplet deposition were also clarified.The results were as follows:The population dynamics of B.tabaci and occurrence regularity of ToCV were studied in the greenhouse.The numberof B.tabaci and the incidence of ToCV virus disease in the greenhouse increasd gradually during the investigation period: the number of Bemisia tabaci in mid-September was 3 individal /leaf,4.68 individal /leaf in early October and 6.16 individal /leaf in late November which was the the peak of population;ToCV virus disease occurred in late October,reached a peak in late November(incidence rate of 45.83%).The control effect of virucide on Bemisia tabaci and ToCV virus disease was determined: The control effects of 10% pyriproxyfen SC 1170-900mL/ha10%cyantraniliprole SC 850-750mL/ha?40% dinotefuran SP 375-300mL/ha on ToCV were from95.55% to 84.64%.The control effect of the insecticidal agent "Fengnong" 100-300 times on ToCV was 27.63%-15.79%.Therefore,this kind of virucide just has a certain inhibitory effect on ToCV.The effects on wetting property for Emamectin benzoate formulation on Tomato leaves were studied.Under the concentration of 30?40?50mg/L,the emamectin benzoate ME was higher effective than emamectin benzoate WG on the wetting performance of the leaves.The critical micelles concentration of three spray adjuvants S903(silicone),“Maandao”(Mineral oil additives)and “Maisi”(methylated vegetable oil adjuvant)were determined.The concentration gradient of spray adjuvants was determined.The physic liquor of virucides on Leaves reduced to 0 ° when S903 spray adjuvants was added with effective concentration.However,the effect of Mineral oil additives and methylated vegetable oil adjuvant were not positive for the ditribution of virucides on the leaf.Deposition role of virucides was determinated used by electric sprayer,electrostatic sprayer,multi-functional smoke machine.when the multi-functional smoke machine was used,liquid was distributed evenly in the inner and outer tomato plant.The upper sediments of the canopy were more than the bottom and middle parts;When sprayed by electric sprayer and electrostatic sprayer,the amount of liquid in the outer layer of the plant was greater than that of the inner layer and distributed evenly in the middle and bottom of tomato plant.The wastage rate of virucides were 5.4%,7.3%,15.5%,used by multi-function smoke machine,electrostatic spray and electric spray respectively.
