In the later stage of wheat grain filling, the senescence of wheat leaves in accordance with the order of leaf development followed by aging, that is,the latest flag leaf aging, this aging method known as the order of aging;if the flag leaves earlier than two leaves aging, known as non-sequential aging The In the non-sequential senescent wheat, the leaf length was long, the net photosynthetic rate was high, the sugar accumulation was more, the sugar transport was faster, the panicle weight and the grain weight per spike were larger, the resistance to stress was stronger, and it had important utilization value in wheat breeding The The accumulation of sugar in the leaves of non-sequential senescent wheat was significantly higher than that of the senescent wheat. Therefore, the study concluded that the accumulation of soluble sugar is a key factor in initiating leaf non-sequential senescence. In this paper, the sugar accumulation in the post-anthesis leaves was reduced by cutting the leaves, and the sugar accumulation in the leaves of the post-anthesis was improved by the method of cutting and raising. The effects of the changes of sugar accumulation on the senescence and grain yield of the leaves were studied.Contribution of gain flling to two aging types of wheat. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The removal of soluble sugar and sucrose in leaves, leaf sheaths and stems significantly reduced the senescence rate of flag leaf and inverted leaves of non-sequential senescent wheat leaves, and the non-sequential senescence of wheat leaves And slowed down the senescence rate of flag leaf in order to accelerate the aging process of the two leaves,so that the order of aging of wheat leaves was more obvious.2.The accumulation of soluble sugar and sucrose in leaves, leaf sheaths and stems increased significantly, and the accumulation of dry matter of leaf, leaf sheath and stem was increased. The senescence rate of flag leaf was accelerated and the orderly and non-sequential senescence of wheat was delayed, and the non-sequential senescence of wheat leaves was more obvious and the order of senescence was weakened.3.The results showed that the excessive accumulation of soluble sugar in wheat leaves resulted in non-sequential senescence of leaves, and the accumulation of soluble sugar in leaves resulted in the senescence of leaves. The accumulation level of soluble sugar in leaves plays a decisive role in the senescence of leaves.4.The results showed that the flag leaf of non-sequential senescence had the greatest contribution to the grain weight, and the flag leaf and the second leaf had the same grain weight contribution.5.The grain weight and spike weight of wheat were decreased in the order of non-sequential senescence, but the order of senescence was lower than that of non-sequential senescence wheat.
