Photosynthesis is the foundation of yield and quality formation of apple.Drought is the main limiting factor in the production of apple in the northwest region.In this study,1-year-old dwarf pots were used as test materials,and M26 was used as the root anvil and the middle anvil.The varieties were the drought resistance characteristics of Nagafu 2 and the scion was pink lady,M9 from the root anvil for the base of the plant in the plastic greenhouse inside and outside the drought resistance.Severe stress(SS)moderate drought(MS)and control treatments were used to determine the drought resistance of the tested soil.The results showed that the drought resistance of the tested soil was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the photosynthetic parameters,fluorescence parameters,water metabolism and membrane system were used to determine the drought resistance.The main results are as follows:1.The photosynthetic parameters of the plants under drought stress were determined the photosynthetic parameters,fluorescence parameters,morphological indexes,water metabolism,membrane system and so on under drought stress,It was suggested that the photosynthetic characteristics of M26 middle anvil were stronger than that of root.2.In the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of apple leaves in M26 rootstocks,the non-photochemical breakdown coefficient showed a tendency to rise first and then decrease,while the original light energy conversion efficiency,actual photochemical efficiency and photochemical quenching coefficient decreased,and the middle anvil descended less than anvil.3.Through the observation of plant morphology,physiological and photosynthetic indexes,The adaptability of the plants from the inside and the outside of the pink lady / M9 to the drought stress was compared,The results showed that the drought tolerance of indoor plants was weaker than that of outdoor...
