In this paper, the test matrix was the mixture which was decayed of cow dung and mushroom residue, perlite and vermiculite according to the ratio of 1:1:1.And the effects of different nitrogen levels on the growth, nutrient quality, nutrient uptake, utilization and yield of cucumber were studied, with based on the form of substrate bag cultivation and irrigation technology of drip irrigation. In order to determine the optimum level of nitrogen supplied for cucumber, which is the best to growth, nutrient quality, nutrient element uptake, utilization and yield1.The amount of N,P and K in cucumber growth was calculated according to the target yield(which was the 100% of nitrogen supply level). There are 4 treatments in this experiment. The treatment CK was irrigating the nutrient solution without adding nitrogen fertilizer;the treatment N1 was the low nitrogen treatment which was irrigating nutrient solution with 70% of nitrogen requirement;the treatment N2 was medium nitrogen treatment which was irrigating with 100% of nitrogen requirement;the treatment N3 was high nitrogen treatment which was irrigating with 130% of nitrogen requirement. And to research the effects of different nitrogen levels on growth, yield, quality, nutrient absorption and utilization of Cucumber in plastic greenhouse. The results showed: The proper amount of nitrogen supplied could increase the growth rate of cucumber plant height and promote the growth of leaves. The nitrate content in cucumber fruits was increased with the increase of nitrogen supplied, and the content(666.74 mg/kg)was higher than the national standard in N3 treatment. And with the increase of nitrogen supplied, the yield, the absorption trend of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the nitrogen use efficiency of cucumber were increased first and then decreased, the cucumber yield and nitrogen use efficiency were highest in N2 treatment, which were 7728 kg / 667 m2 and 27.8% respectively. The result showed that the appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in cucumber, and too much nitrogen application would reduce the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.Comprehensive the test results that on the basis of the same amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, the growth of cucumber was strongest, the yield was highest and the utilization rate of nitrogen was highest in N2 treatment,.2.There were 4 treatments which were 1/2 N(T1 treatment),3/4 N(T2 treatment),1 N(CK)and 5/4 N(T3 treatment)in this experiment by changing the content of nitrogen of Yamazaki cucumber standard formula. And the content of nitrogen in 1 doses of standard formula was the standard(1 N).The effects of nitrogen reduction supply treatments on cucumber growth, nutrient uptake and utilization in long –term greenhouse bag cultivation in solar greenhouse were studied in this paper. The test results showed: Reducing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer had no significant effect on the synthesis of chlorophyll in cucumber leaves, the apparent commodity quality and the formation of nutritional quality of cucumber fruit. The appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in cucumber, and too much nitrogen application would reduce the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus in cucumber plants increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen supply in the nutrient solution. And the utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus all were the highest in CK treatment, which were 58.10% and 27.58% respectively. The utilization rate of potassium in cucumber plants reached the maximum(34.55%)in T3 treatment. The test results show that the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in cucumber plants were the highest with the nutrient solution of 1/2 N was used at seedling stage, the nutrient solution of 3/4 N was used at early fruiting, the nutrient solution of 5/4 N was used at fruiting stage and the nutrient solution of 3/4 N was used at late fruiting stage in the whole growth process of cucumber.
