The new type of feed additive(safety,efficient and no pollution),it occupies an important position in China's current and future development of animal husbandry.It has gradually attracted attention of many researchers at home and abroad.And they done a lot of research on this topic,a great many new types of feed additive have been developed.This test is based on lactic acid bacteria fermented rice bran selenium-rich production of selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria,and the premise is the relevant toxicological tests on finished products additives,to carry out the feeding test of weaned piglets.To explore the feeding effect of selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria additive in weaned piglets,and for the practical application effect of livestock and poultry breeding provide relevant practical basis in the future.This test carried out three experiments were based on the Se-enriched lactic acid bacteria additives:1.Screening of conditions for lactic acid bacteria fermented rice bran selenium-enrichedThe lactic acid bacteria were first purified and propagated,after used the cultured lactic acid bacteria to carry out fermentation test Through a series of fermentation screening tests,the the optimum conditions were determined of lactic acid bacteria fermented organic rice bran and selenium enriched:the addition amount of organic rice bran was 34g,the amount of culture medium was 55mL/250mL,the inoculating content was about 9%,the age was 8-16h,the fermentation time was 48h,the temperature was 37? and Na2SeO3 concentration was 100?g/mL.Under the conditions of fermentation of rice bran,the biomass of Se-enriching lactic acid bacteria reached to 9.94g/L,the production level of organic selenium was7.46mg/L.2.Accumulative toxicity test of selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria on miceThis test is based on acute toxicity test,forty KunMing(KM)mice were randomly divided into four groups according to the daily intake of effective amount of selenium,control group,40mg/kg,60mg/kg,90mg/kg,each group of 10 KM mice,male and female mice 5,feeding 40d.During the experiment,the daily health status of KM mice was observed,and the samples were collected and the growth performance,serum antioxidant indexes,organ index,pathological sections were observed and measured.The results showed that different doses of Se-enriched lactic acid bacteria could increase the body weight,feed intake,and significantly reduce the material to weight ratio;For the antioxidant side,found that the amount of organic selenium preparation can make the male and female mice serum antioxidant capacity increased,but will reduce the excess.On the organ index and pathological sections,the results found the organ development and tissue sections changes of the mice in 40mg/kg group were the least.60mg/kg,90mg/kg group of maternal liver has a slight swelling and granule degeneration occurred;For the male rats,organ development and pathological sections of the smallest changes in 60mg/kg group.lt can be drawn,according to the indicators of male and female mice,the low levels of selenium has a certain role in promoting;With the dose of selenium gradual increase,the growth and development of mice began to obstruct the phenomenon,and the liver also caused significant damage.3.Effects of selenium-enriched organic rice bran on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of pigletsThe test selected the same number of weaning days,similar physical and health of the 100 piglets,randomly divided into 5 groups,control group,0.3mg/kg,0.6mg/kg,0.9mg/kg,1.2mg/kg,each group of 4 repeat,one repeat 5 heads.Formal test for 42 days,there is a week pretest before the test start,during the experiment,the samples of the piglets to be collected in time,and after the feeding test,the indexes were measured.The results showed that the addition of selenium-rich lactic acid bacteria in piglet diet was 0.9mg/kg,can significantly improve the growth performance of piglets,enhance the apparent digestibility of certain nutrients in the diet,significantly improve the diarrhea of piglets,and can enhance immune and antioxidant capacity of weaning piglets.
