Bovine viral diarrhea(BVD)is a contagious disease caused by Bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)with different clinical symptoms, such as mucosa erosion, ulcer and diarrhea. In recent years,it is serious problem for the sustained healthy development of cattle industry in south Xin jiang under BVD.1.The number of 124 samples of BTM from 13 scale cattle farms in south Xinjiang in 2015,were detected by ELISA.The result showed that detection rate of BVDV antibody from three BTM was between77.78% and 82.35% respectively, others were 100%.2.Antigen and antibody of 1555 serum samples were tested respectively by ELISA.BVDV antibody positive rate was more than 84.48%,antigen positive rate was 0.78% in 2015.Antibody positive rate was more than 91.38%,antigen positive rate was 0.25% in 2016.3.The number of 9 samples were defined as BVDV by RT-PCR.6 strains were BVDV Ic genotype and 3 strains were subtype of BVDV I genotype based on nucleotide. The result showed that there were BVDV Ic genotype and BVDV I genotype based on nucleotide in cattle farms in south Xinjiang.4.The number of 136 serum samples of cows and calves in 3 scale cattle farms from September to November in 2016,were detected by ELISA.The result showed that antigen e is negative of calf,a cow strains were BVDV Ic genotyp by RT-PCR.BTMT,Serological epidemiology investigation and Molecular epidemiology investigation in scale cattle farms of south Xinjiang. To obtain BVD epidemiological data and epidemic strains genotype, which offer advisement for control measure and vaccine research.
