The experiment used "Xinli No.7" as test material,which were harvested on August 5 and September6,hoarded in three kinds of environment,such as the room temperature,fruit cellar,and cold storage.Then periodicity measured the physical-chemical indexes and structure of the fruit peel,and explored the effect of different method of harvest and storage on the quality in storage period and peel structure of "Xinli No.7",to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for "the choice of storage condition of Xinli No.7".The results are showed as follows:1、In terms of the early harvest,the hardness,organic acid content,soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content and solids content of "Xinli No.7" harvested in August,were respectively 6.46 kg/cm2、0.0154 %、3.77 % 、 0.42 mg/g and 10.045 %;and the corresponding indexes of the sample in September were respectively 6.094 kg/cm2、0.0149 %、3.72 %、0.33 mg/g and 9.52 %.Therefore,all of the measured indexes of the sample in August were higher than that in September.2 、 The organic acid content,hardness and chlorophyll content of "Xinli No.7" fruit showed a decreasing trend in different harvest time and different storage environment.The soluble sugar content of fruit harvested in August decreased firstly and then increased in the storage process,while that of the sample in September had a rising stage in the early storage,and an overall tendency of rising-decreasing-rising.The solids content of the sample in August also showed a tendency of rising-decreasing-rising,while it was a tendency of decreasing-rising of the sample in September,and the soluble sugar content and solids content had the greatest Change at room temperature.3、The fruit of "Xinli No.7" had an obvious respiratory peak during the storage process,which was consistent with the characteristics of climacteric fruit.The harvest and storage environment affect the respiration peak,and the respiratory peak of the sample in September appeared late with a low rate,compared with that of "Xinli No.7" harvested in August.Different storage condition had different effect on the respiration peak.Room temperature had the main effect on the respiration rate at the respiratory peak,and little effect on the appearing time of the respiration peak of fruit in different harvest time,while the environment of fruit cellar and cold storage affected the appearing time of the respiration peak,as well as its respiration rate.Therefore,the environment of fruit cellar and cold storage could obviously postpone the respiration peak of "Xinli No.7" fruit,with a better storage effect.4、The thickness of pericarp tissue of the sample in September was higher than that of the sample in August,under the same storage condition.And the thickness of wax layer,cuticle layer,epidermal cell andpericarp had obvious Change under different storage conditions.Cells of the wax,cuticle,and cork Changed obviously,with the increased thickness,in the environment of fruit cellar and cold storage.The tissue of epidermal cells and cork cells was integrated and arranged closely,which were better than that at room temperature.
