The soluble total sugar content in rice plants is not only an important indicator of whether straw is suitable for feed,but also an important precursor for high-yielding and high-quality rice production.The japonica rice varieties Songjing 9 and Longdao 11 were used to study the changes of soluble sugar content in rice plants under different conditions of panicle treatment and nitrogen and potassium fertilizers in this expirement which was aim to clarify the relationship between rice Soluble sugar accumulation and carbon and nitrogen metabolism related gene expression characteristics and regulation mechanism,so as to provide a theoretical basis for straw feed development and high yield rice production.Following are the resluts:In the same harvest period,compared the content of soluble sugar between the long growth period varieties and short growth period,the former one is higher.Amid the grouting process,the content of total soluble sugar in the plants without spike treatment increased gradually,and the total sugar content of the half-cutting and Whole-cutting treatments decreased,and the stem was the main storage organ of soluble total sugar.The content of soluble sugar in plant increased gradually with the increase of nitrogen application rate of tillering fertilizer.The content of soluble sugar in plant was higher than that in non-applying potassium fertilizer,and the content of total sugar content is higher than N2.There was no significant difference in soluble total sugar content between different nitrogen treatments,and the best harvest period of high yield forage rice was about 38 days after heading.The activities of sucrose synthase(Su S),sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS)and acid sucrose converting enzyme(AI)were decreased gradually with the increase of grain filling time during the grouting process.The activity of enzyme was as follows: non-cutting > half-cutting > Whole-cutting.During the process of grain filling,the contents of nitrogen and potassium in plant and soil decreased gradually under nitrogen and potassium fertilizers.The nitrogen content of plant and soil was higher than that of N1,and the nitrogen content in plant and soil goes up with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer.The nitrogen content in the treated plants was higher than that without potassium T5.The nitrogen content in the soil was higher than that in the soil.The increase in potassium content also increased the potassium content in plants and soils.Under the condition of potassium application,the potassium content in the plant and soil was higher than that in N1.Under the condition of no potassium T5 treatment,the potassium content in the plant and soil was lower than that in N1.With the grouting time leaves Rubisco and GS gene transcription and expression of educational workers under different spike treatment showed a decreasing trend,expressions of size are: non-cutting > half-cutting > Whole-cutting.Rubisco large subunit genes in a gene family of Os RBCSL gene mRNA expression was significantly higher than the other gene,other genes m RNA expression levels with each other is very small,Os GS1;1 in the GS gene m RNA expression levels were highest in the filling process.In nitrogen,and potash processing,as the grouting time went on,the m RNA expression of Os RBCSL and Os RBCS4 mRNA in the large subunit of Rubisco spiked at first and then decreased,after heading 17 d expression volume reached highest level,Os RBCS2,and Os RBCS3,and Os RBCS5 gene m RNA expression volume gradually went down.Rubisco gene expression in rice leaves with the ear rised step by step.Contrasting with potassium Rubisco,potassium(T3)gene expression levels were higher.Under nitrogen and potassium,protein content of rice trended up with the growing amount of nitrogen,amylose content was gradually reduced.Protein content decreased while using more tillering fertilizer,but amylose showed a rising-decresing trend.Potassium(T3)than potassium(T5),rice has high protein,yet low amylose content.
