The fruit of raspberry is bright-colored,with heavy aroma and contains many functional components.However,the hardness of raspberry fruit is small,and if it is not harvestde in time,which can cause the fruit to rot,affect the harvest.The short shelf life of fruit is not beneficial to the commodity circulation.In recent years,studies had shown that ABA and ethylene could regulate fruit ripening and senescence.Most scholars believed that ethylene was the main regulatory factor of climacteric fruit mature,some scholars had considered the accumulation of ABA could start the climacteric fruit ripening,but also some scholars believed that ABA was an important factor affecting non-climateric fruit ripening.The study mad two types of raspberry,the summer fruit of raspberry ‘Fertod Zamatos' and autumn fruit type ‘Henritage'as the material and made determination of the respiration rate and ethylene release rate in the period of natural growth and different maturity of raspberry fruit to determine the type of breathing,while 1-MCP,ABA,Fluridone,ethephon were used to treat turning white fruits to explore the impact of ABA and ethylene on raspberry fruit ripening.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The raspberry fruits in natural growth,especially in fruit ripening,and the early post harvest fruit,had a relatively stable respiration rate and ethylene release rate and had no respiratory climacteric.therefore,the red raspberry was determined to non climacteric fruit.(2)ABA,1-MCP,Fluridone,ethephon treated the fruit turns white showed that,ethephon and ABA treatments could promote the advance of raspberry coloring,fruit firmness decreased,while 1-MCP can delay the ripening of fruits,Fluridone treatment compared with the control group did not change significantly.(3)The use of Ethephon and 1-MCP to raspberry fruit turning white,the results showed that the exogenous ethylene treatment within 2 days could promote the raspberry fruit respiration rate,ethylene,ABA content,increase ACO activity,causing degradation of pectin,chlorophyll,titratable acid,cellulose content,decrease PG enzyme activity and improve the content of soluble solids,anthocyanin,reducing sugar,soluble sugar and soluble pectin.However,1-MCP could inhibit the above changes.(4)The use of ABA and its inhibitor Fluridone to raspberry turns white fruit,the results showed that ABA treatment could promote the respiration rate,ethylene production,ABA content,increase ACS enzyme and ACO enzyme activity,and ACS enzyme and ACO enzyme activity,ABA content increased were earlier than the respiration rate,ethylene production,which were general in2 days after the treatment,in third days was significantly increased;ABA treatment can increase the soluble solids of raspberry fruit,anthocyanins,soluble sugar,soluble pectin,reducing sugar and ABA content,but the former two increased significantly in third days compared with the control group,while soluble sugar,soluble pectin and ABA was significantly increased after the first day of treatment,the reducing sugar in the treatment within 5 days had no significantly increase;ABA processing decreased the content of chlorophyll in raspberry fruit,titratable acid,pectin and cellulose,but the chlorophyll content only showed significant differences in fifth days,titratable acid content was significantly reduced in second days,and the original pectin and cellulose showed significantly decrease in first days after treatment;ABA inhibition of Fluridone treatment had little effect on the above indexes.
