Paris polyphylla var.chinensis is a subfamily of Subfamily Subgenus Daiswa?Rafinesque-Schmaltz?H.Li.Varieties,mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River provinces,1100 2800 m above sea level,abundant rainfall,cool climate,humus rich evergreen broad-leaved forest,light intensity of 15% to 60%.It is an important raw material for traditional Chinese medicine such as Yunnanbaiyao,Gongxuexing and Ji Desheng snake medicine.It has antibacterial,antiviral,immunomodulatory,hemostatic,anti-tumor,antagonize endothelin,cough and asthma,sedative analgesia,sperm and Estrogen-like activity.With the development of science and medicine technology,the demand for re-building of the society has gradually increased,and a series of traditional Chinese medicine,beauty products and other ancillary products developed by Paris polyphylla var.chinensis are also more and more.Due to the low natural reproduction rate of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis,the cycle is long,with the increasing demand,the shortage of wild resources,the study of the introduction and breeding of Chinese re-building and tissue culture,as well as environmental factors,especially acid rain on its growth,To develop the re-building of the plant,is imminent.In this paper,Paris polyphylla var.chinensis was used as the research object,and the simulated acid rain solution with p H value of 2.5,3.5,4.5 and 5.5 was sprayed in three different treatments: the acid rain solution was sprayed on the whole plant.The contents of POD,SOD,CAT,protective substances MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free proline,and to analyze the physiological adaptability of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis under different acid rain stress,to understand the best environment suitable for the growth of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis,and to protect the resources of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis for artificial cultivation.Re-building the basis of scientific management.1.The contents of chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and carotenoid contents were as follows: the contents of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and c Carotenoids were the highest in the same treatment,CK ?R4>R3>R2>R1.Chlorophyll a and b were the highest in the order of CK>R4>R3>R2>R1,and the Chlorophyll a/b was in the order of R1>R2>R3>R4?CK,the content of carotenoid / Chlorophyll is R1>R2>R3>R4?CK in order from high to low.Comparative analysis shows that as the p H decreases,the content of photosynthetic pigment is also reduced.The decrease of chlorophyll a is greater than that of chlorophyll b.With the decrease of p H,the decrease of carotenoids is getting smaller and smaller.The increase of p H,POD was R1>R2>R3>R4?CK.The increase of SOD activity was R1>R2>R3>R4?CK;the increase of CAT activity was R1>R2>R3>R4 ? CK.The results showed that the activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased with the decrease of p H value,so as to eliminate excess reactive oxygen species.With the decrease of p H value,the content of malondialdehyde?MDA?was higher than that of R1> R2> R3> R4?CK.The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were CK?R4> R3>R2 >R1;free proline content from high to low followed by R1>R2>R3>R4 ? CK.The results showed that the content of MDA and free proline decreased with the decrease of p H,while the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased.2.the same acidity simulation of acid rain solution spray,the whole plant spray acid rain solution,only the ground part of the spray acid rain solution,only the underground part of the acid rain solution three different treatment methods on the physiological characteristics of the re-building as follows.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids were as follows: CK?L3>L2>L1,and the contents of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and Carotenoid were in the order of 45 d 60d,Chlorophyll a and b were the highest in the order of CK>L3>L2>L1,and the chlorophyll a / b was in the order of L1>L2> L3 ?CK,Carotenoid content / total chlorophyll value from high to low followed by L1> L2> L3 ? CK.The increase of SOD activity was L1> L2> L3?CK in the three treatments.The increase of POD activity was L1> L2> L3?CK;the increaseof CAT activity was L1>L2>L3?CK.In the three treatments,the content of malondialdehyde?MDA?was higher than that in L1> L2> L3?CK.soluble sugar and soluble protein from high to low,CK?L3> L2> L1.The content of Free proline from high to low followed by L1> L2> L3 ? CK.The results showed that the effects of three different simulated acid rain treatments on the growth of Paris polyphylla var.chinensis were different.The treatment of the acid rain was the most influential to the growth of the whole plant,and only the treatment of the acid rain,The way to its impact,only the underground part of the plant spray acid rain treatment of its minimal harm.
