Temperature and materials affect the properties of the biochar as well as the emission of N2O and CO2.Hainan is located in the tropics,and the most typical soil in Hainan is acidic latosol soil.At present,there are few reports on the study of soil properties and N2O emission from biochar prepared by different materials at different temperatures.The purpose of this thesis is to find out the proper materials and temperature of biochar for improving lotosol soil and reducing N2O emissions in Hainan.Using culture experiments,the effects of biochar in Hainan ten plants materials on the properties of latosol soil and N2O emissions under 300?,500?,700? will be studied.The main research results are as follows:1.Due to the pyrolysis temperature and the preparation of the raw materials,the pH and base ion content were significantly different.The same materials' biochar alkalinity increased greatly with the increase of temperature.At the same temperature,the biochar of leguminous plants was more suitable for the supplement of soil base,due to their high content of base ions.2.The results showed that the addition of biochar significantly increased the content of soil organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium,and increased the soil pH.The effects of biochar of different material on the soil properties are different due to temperature difference.It was found that biochar at 300 ? had a significant promoting effect on soil N2O emission,but had a significant prohibiting effect at the temperature of 500 ? and 700 ?.In All materials,the N2O emission from biochar prepared by bagasse at 500 ?.and was the lowest.Considering the difficulty of temperature and digestibility,it is suggested that the biochar prepared from soybean under 500? should be used to improve the soil of Hainan.As far as N2O emission reduction is concerned,it is most suitable for the preparation of biochar from bagasse under 500?.
