With the continuous improvement of the living standards of rural residents,people's requirements about the production and supply of living water are higher than before.At present,the water stations in rural have a wide water supply,but the degree of automation is low,the management personnel are few,the system reliability is poor.It is urgent to improve the automation level of rural water supply stations and improve the reliability and stability of water supply system.Through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation and demand of rural water supply,this paper adopts the technical design of remote monitoring and control,fault early warning and communication.Those methods realize the design and implementation of rural drinking water supply monitoring and fault early warning system.With this system,the staff can control the field equipment and obtain real-time monitoring data in the data center.The staff can understand the change of the field data intuitively through the chart and make a quick response to the fault through the low water level warning and burst fault warning.The system consists of test points,SCADA system,communication network composed of three parts.The test point is composed of RTU and sensor,and it realizes the real-time data acquisition and equipment control;the SCADA system adopts modular design to realize the data reception,analysis,display and early warning,and uses MsChart and Microsoft report to realize the visual display of data and standard printing;communication network uses the serial and GPRS to meet the diversification of communication needs.Low water level warning indicators use the early warning methods,according to no,light,heavy three warning and visual display in graphical form.The early warning of the tube explosion is judged by the combination of the law of conservation of mass and the early warning model.The basis of judging the early warning by mass conservation law is that the total flow is approximately equal to the sum of the flow of each branch.The early warning model is implemented by Support Vector Machine(SVM)algorithm.The basic process of SVM is that firstly generates the data set from the collected data,splitting two subsets: training set and test set,then trains the vector machine through the training data,and finally validates the result through test set.Through the site-testing,the system collects total data timely,controls easily and accurately.This system ensures the stable operation of the water supply network,reduces the managers' workload greatly and improves the automatic level of the water stations.
