Photosynthetic efficiency was the main factor affecting rice yield.Improving the photosynthetic efficiency of rice was one of the primary targets for breeding new varieties.Therefore,In order to achieve the super high yield of rice,Should be based on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of rice,Increase the utilization of light energy in rice.The main contents of this study are divided into four experimental stages: The first stage of the screening of T-DNA-tagged rice-like Kranze anatomy mutants by hand-slicing,Find a mutant of the Kranze anatomy of the rice,The obtained rosette of the Kranze anatomy was re-confirmed by paraffin section.The second stage was the comparison of the physiological indexes of the mutants of the rosette of rice,Including plant height,ear length,1000-grain weight comparison.The third stage was the determination of photosynthetic parameters of the rosette structure of rice,The results showed that the trait had an effect on photosynthesis.The fourth stage was to obtain the mutant to insert the site flanking sequence analysis.Experimental results show: The number of small pulses in rice leaves was increased by screening,Small number of veins decreased,vascular bundle sheath cells increased,vascular bundle sheath cells decreased,increased cell type and other types of mutants,A total of 43 mutants were obtained.The physiological parameters and photosynthetic parameters of the mutants were further studied and analyzed.The results showed that the increase of the number of small veins and the increase of vascular bundle sheath cells in rice had a certain effect on the photosynthetic efficiency of rice,While the rest of the several types did not have a significant impact.The five mutant types were DNA extracted,By Tail-PCR analysis,Each obtained a flanking sequence of mutant plants with increased number of leaflets and increased vascular sheath cells,It was found that both were inserted into chromosome 4.
