There are so many kinds of mycotoxin contamination in fodder and raw materials inevitably,such as Aflatoxins B1,Deoxynivalenol,Zearalenone,etc.,that is causing serious damage to animal husbandry and human health.This article is mainly about mycotoxin adsorbing material to Aflatoxins B1,Deoxynivalenol,Zearalenone.We put different types of adsorbing material from different manufacturers in the fodder which were contaminated by mycotoxin,and detected the dose of the mycotoxin before and after,meanwhile,detected the main nutrients in fodder such as vitamins,proteins,calcium.The experimental results showed that different mycotoxins adsorbent for the adsorption effect of Aflatoxins B1 was significant,P≤0.05.When adding in 1%,adsorption of Aflatoxins B1 in feed could reach more than 90%.However,mycotoxins adsorbent for Deoxynivalenol,Zearalenone adsorption effect was not significant,P≥0.05.Deoxynivalenol adsorption rate below 60% and Zearalenone adsorption rate under 70% in fodder.Experiment involved mycotoxins adsorbent to feed in the main nutritional ingredients vitamin,protein,calcium,had no obvious adsorption,of which only adsorbent A adsorption rate at 5.65% for vitamin B2,all the rest of the adsorbent adsorption rate of nutrients were below 5%.
