To investigate the effect of different controlled-release fertilizer treatment on the growth of lily and soil nutrients,comparing common compound fertilizer,3 kinds of controlled-release fertilizer fertilizer(6.0g per strain,4.5g per strain,3.0g per strain)and 2 fertilization(one-time application,split application)was set up in this paper.Through field cultivation,the effects of different dosage and different application methods of controlled-release fertilizer and application of common compound fertilizer treatments on the growth of lily and soil nutrient content changes was researched,in order to provided a theoretical basis for the rational use of controlled release fertilizer in the cultivation of lily.The results are as follows:(1)Compared with the common compound fertilizer,the application of controlled-release fertilizer significantly promoted the plant height,stem diameter and underground part growth of lily,and improved the quality of lily.Applying controlled-release fertilizer,the plant height of Lily increased by 4.85%-13.06%compared with the common fertilizer,and the stem diameter increased by 10.9%-40.8%.The fresh weight of lily bulb under controlled release fertilizer was more than that of common compound fertilizer,3.4%-11.4%.The application of controlled-release fertilizer significantly increased the chlorophyll content of Lily leaves,and promoted photosynthesis.The application of controlled-release fertilizer could significantly enhance the root activity of lily,and the effect was significant after planting 8 weeks.(2)Compared with the conventional compound fertilizer,the application of controlled release fertilizer significantly increased the content of available nutrients in the matrix,and the content of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen increased by 2.50%-15.23%,and the available potassium increased by 5.04%-8.33%.At the same time,the application of controlled release fertilizer made the EC content of the matrix in the later growth stage was significantly higher than that of the conventional compound fertilizer,and the effect of controlled release fertilizer on soil acidification was less than that of conventional fertilization,and the soil pH remained stable.(3)Applying controlled release fertilizer could increase the total dry matter accumulation of Lily and increase the dry matter accumulation of the upper part of lily.The application of controlled-release fertilizer reduced the dry matter accumulation and accumulation rate of lily within 6 weeks' cultivation,lower 19.3%-30.5%and 20.8%-33.5%than common fertilizer.Compared with common fertilizer,the dry matter accumulation and accumulation rate of lily increased 3.90%-15.5%and 60.9%-63.6%after planting 7 weeks.The maximum accumulation rate of dry matter of plant was later than that of ordinary fertilizer treatment The application of controlled-release fertilizer increased the dry matter accumulation of leaves and the amount of dry matter accumulation after planting 8 weeks.(4)The application of controlled-release fertilizer treatment could make the lily leaves kept high SOD,CAT activity content,which is 6.27%-23.43%and 10.44%-27.56%higher than the compared group.The accumulation of MDA in lily leaves decreased by 10.36%-14.50%,respectively.The application of controlled release fertilizer and compound fertilizer could improve the soluble protein and soluble sugar content of lily leaf by 5.91%-11.73%,2.49%-9.95%.
