Because of their wide distribution, sensitive to environmental changes and easy to study, all the time the rodents are one of the hotspots of ecologists research. Some of the resources in the natural environment,as well as grazing and human disturbance, play a limiting role in the survival of animals, and the distribution and abundance of restrictive resources often affect the choice of animals for habitats in their distribution area. The study site is located in the Stipa grassland,Hulun Buir City,Inner Mongolia, annual May,July,September(spring, summer and autumn)in 2013-2016,we set continuous grazing, overgrazing,Seasonal and monthly rotation grazing four different grazing methods and the control area under the banning grazing five kinds of sample area to carry out rodent community investigation and use marker recapture on the number of rodents to investigate. The seasonal variation and the difference between different study area about the population density, the number of species,Shannon-Weiner index, the Simpson diversity index, the evenness index and the richness index were calculated.Spss19.0 was used to analyze the seasonal differences in ecological indices. The results are as follows:1.Citellus dahuricus(46%)was the dominant dominant species in the rodent community, followed by Cricetulus barabensis, and the Phodopus sungorus was the lowest in banning grazing area, number of Citellus dahuricus was the highest in the seasonal fluctuation, which was the highest in July(autumn).2.The total number of rodents was significantly lower than that of other treatments in seasoned grazing(6.33 ± 1.86)and banning grazing regions(5.67 ± 1.76),and the Simpsons index(0.28 ± 0.07),the evenness index(0.80 ± 0.87)and richness index(0.90 ±0.06)in the seasoned grazing were significantly lower than those in the several other in the spring of the season, and the outbreak of rodent risk was the lowest and the targeted control was the easiest.3.The number of rodents and most community ecology indices under overgrazing(9.33 ± 0.88)and monthly rotation grazing(11.3 ± 1.45)area were higher than others, possibility of outbreak were the highest, the risk of rodent and the highest risk were the outbreaks.4.There was a relatively high negative correlation between species(5)in grazing, overgrazing and continuous grazing for better stability. In summary, the seasonal rotation of the Hulunbeier Stipa grandis grassland pest ecological control effect is the most ideal.
