In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on the growth status, active oxygen system and photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon and Ophiopogon japonicus under drought stress were studied. The effects of salicylic acid on the growth of wine and grape under drought stress,System and photosynthesis. The main results are as follows:1.The effect of salicylic acid on the soil water content and growth of Cabernet Sauvignon and Meilutu was not significant, and had a direct effect on the water content and free water content of leaves. The content of free water in the leaves was higher than that in the control, and the effect of Cabernet Sauvignon at 2 mmol/L concentration on the decrease of water content was the most obvious.L concentration effect is most obvious.2.Salicylic acid treatment improves the activity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.Compared with the control group, the salicylic acid increased the content of proline in the osmotic regulator, decreased the content of malondialdehyde, and promoted the activity of SOD and POD in plant tissue. For the Cabernet Sauvignon with 2mmol/L concentration of salicylic acid spraying effect are the most obvious, and for Merlot to 3mmol/L concentration treatment is most obvious.3.Salicylic acid treatment improved the photosynthetic capacity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.Under the drought stress, salicylic acid treatment compared with spraying distilled water, the rate of chlorophyll b and carotenoids decreased by the spraying of salicylic acid Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and the rate of reduction of cabbage and cabbage was decreased. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were significantly imprcoved, and the concentration of 2mmol/L and 3mmol/L were the most significant.4.The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were studied under different drought stress. The water content, active oxygen system and photosynthetic capacity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were significantly improved after salicylic acid treatment,To improve the overall drought resistance of wine grapes. The effect of salicylic acid on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot was different.Salicylic acid concentration of 2mmol/L was the most obvious effect on Cabernet Sauvignon, and the effect of salicylic acid concentration of 3mmol/L on Merlot was the most obvious.
