Food issues related to the people's livelihood.Fusarium Head Blight is not only causing a significant reduction in grain production,but also harmful to human health.Therefore,the photoelectric detection and sorting technology of wheat Fusarium Head Blight is an effective measure to monitor and control the threaten of mycotoxins on human and livestock.It is a rapid,dynamic and non-destructive measure to test Fusarium Head Blight during wheat acquisition,processing and storage;It is an effective guarantee to improve the quality and safety of wheat and its products.Through the comparison of the domestic and foreign technologies in the grain detection industry,the superiority of the photoelectric detection system in the detection field is found and wheat photoelectric detection system design scheme is proposed combined with the research of the photoelectric detection theory.The type of light source,the choice of the illumination mode,the selection of photoelectric detector,the main control model,the type of CCD device and the parameters are determined.The system is based on photoelectric direct agglutination test,that is,the direct transmission of the wheat light into the light sensor surface,the photoelectric detector based on the radiation intensity output corresponding to the size of the voltage(current),using lattice parallel reverse back light irradiation as a light source module.The study designs a set of microprocessor system in accordance with the system characteristics,which in order to ensure the subsequent project detection separation requirements,and add the sorting function interface on the prototype.In order to satisfy the characteristics of the high speed of wheat,the high frequency CCD is chosen as the photodetector,and then the FPGA is chosen to calculate and deal with the data of the system.In this study,through the use of RS232 interface and the host computer touch screen communication,you can real-time display on the touch screen to collect information,and design the drivers of each module,implementation of signal acquisition,display,storage,human-computer interaction,etc.This paper studies the key technology of the microbial detection system of Fusarium Head Blight and designs the principle prototype,whichprovides a new technique for the research of the wheat grain detection of Gamma disease.This paper provides reference for the application of photoelectric detection technology to the study of black embryo seed grain and food safety.In addition,the system prototype test results show that the system for the detection of Fusarium Head Blight is not only fast,efficient,but also steady and real-time,which provides a reliable theoretical basis and technical support for the scab in the field of photoelectric detection technology development and application.
