A Study On Impacts Of Climate Change On Agriculture In GuangXi And Its Adaptation

At present,Climate change has become the focus of global attention.There is no doubt that climate change brings to the countries and regions unprecedented challenges.Agriculture is suffering a more serious test.Improving the ability of adapting to climate change,taking the corresponding measures and countermeasures as soon as possible and hedging the risks of climate change has the very vital significance in all regions to seize opportunities,realize the agricultural sustainable development,steady and rapid economic development.In this paper,We take the Guang Xi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,Analysing the climate change impact on agriculture and its adaptation in Guang Xi,Targeted related measures are put forward.Firstly,this paper used the literature research,Collected and combined the literature both at home and abroad about climate change and the impact on agriculture.Through a lot of reading books,papers and other documents with a purpose,Organize related research achievements of scholars and targete record,On this basis,write a literature review from five aspects.these include climate change present situation and the impact on China’s agriculture,Climate change impact on agricultural production in Guang Xi,To adapt to the definition and adapt to disabilities,Research on climate change adaptation process and the countermeasure research of the agricultural sector to adapt to climate change.After the induction summary,this paper affirmed the predecessors research results and contribution,at the same time points out the shortages of possible.secondly,this paper introduced Guang Xi agricultural production from the aspects of production,crop yields and production conditions,expounded climate change of Guang Xi from the aspects of temperature,precipitation,illumination and extreme climate.Based on diamond model analysis on the impact of climate change on agricultural production mechanism,on this basis,By adopting the method of quantitative analysis,through the use of relevant time series data and panel data,Analyzed the impact of climate change on agricultural produce gross in Guang Xi.Using data envelopment analysis(dea)and the method of regression analysis explores the impact of climate change on efficiency of agriculture in Guang Xi.The results show that no matter what kind of model,the empirical results from recent climate change has a negative impact on agriculture in Guang Xi.In the stage of identify obstacle,this paper introduces climate-related Ostrom social ecological system framework,It will put adapt to climate change process into three stages include understanding,planning and management,each stage includes three sub processes.Then obtain the relevant data by means of field and interview,Then combines the actual conditions of Guang Xi agricultural production to identify the obstacles in the process of adaptation.Finally,based on the identified specific barriers,The article proposed targeted measures include improve the energy structure,improve the efficiency of agricultural production;strengthen the propaganda of climate change and climate information transmission;cultivate new type of agricultural management main body and develop various forms of scale operation;Strengthen the overall planning,improve policies and laws;Perfect climate data statistics system,clearly related to adapt to the standard;Perfect the institutions,increase financial support and investment financing.
