Bemisa tabaci (Gennadius)is an anagricultural pest which is harmful to the econonmic and seriously destories the crops . In the recent years,due to the adjustment of industrial structure and the unscientific use of pesticides,it has led to the occurrence and development of resisance of Bemisa tabaci ,and outbreaks of the dissaster frequently in many areas.The control becomes very difficult when the outbreaks of the dissaster is very serious,although there are many methods of controlling,just the chemical control can reduce the dissaster,The artical showed the highly toxic and avaiable effective mixed reagent was gained through the selection of synergism formula and studies the synergism biochemical mechanism of mixed reagent,which is very beneficial to the inergrated mamagement on Bemisa tabaci.1. Formula selection and field experimentThe synerergism formulas and optimum ratio of the five insecticides were selected with the methods of the interactivity testing and CTC,the results showed that acetamiprid and pyridaben optimum synergism ratio which was 6:4,with CTC of 317.14 and the optimum synergism ratio which was 8:2,with CTC of 248.94. When avermectins and acetamiprid optimum synergism ratio was 4:6,with CTC of 148.53.It had the additive action,which the optimum synergism ratio was 3:7,with CTC of 107.05.The field experiment showed the control effect of the combination of acetamiprid and pyridaben was higher than the either of the two did.The study on fecundlity and hatching rate of the Bemisa tabaci after the application of pestcides ,which is found that the female Bemisa tabaci was influced by the mixed formulas.2.The effects of the synerergism formulas on detoxifying enzymes and acetylcholinesterase in Bemisa tabaci.The research on synergism biochemical mechanism of acetamiprid and pyridaben by biochemic analysis was conducted and studied the different activity of 3 kinds of detoxifying enzymes and acetylcholinesterase with the use of synerergism formulas and the single formula. The results showed that the synergism mechanism had close relationship to CarE activity,and it had not inevitable connection to MFO,GSTs and AchE.
