Land consolidation to ensure the dynamic balance of cultivated land of our country and the balance,has become the main means to realize the intensive use of land resources,but in the process of rectification intensity disturbance will have a certain impact on soil quality.In this paper,Ningbo forest farm land consolidation area as the research object,relatively homogeneous soil samples were collected from 30 sampling sites and the physical and chemical properties of the soil are analyzed,and the use of Arc GIS statistical analysis method to draw up the spatial distribution map of soil fertility,different consolidation years and different organic fertilizer treatments on soil physicochemical properties and the microbial community diversity and functional diversity,the main conclusions are as follows:After land consolidation of the soil microflora PLFAs content and relative abundance were significantly decreased,and the soil organic carbon decreased obviously closely related;F / B decreased significantly,while G+/ and G were significantly increased,and organic carbon decreased and p H value increased.Land consolidation significantly affected the composition of soil microbial communities,reduced the stability of the soil ecosystem,with the extension of the finishing time,soil microbial quality has improved.Ningbo new forest soil fertility is low,mainly for low p H,NPK and organic carbon content is extremely low,the average p H value is 4.7,the content of soil organic matter 16.0g/kg,available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was 8.6,1.3,64.3mg/kg.The five indexes of soil fertility showed patchy distribution in space.After land consolidation of the soil microflora PLFAs content and relative abundance were significantly decreased,and the soil organic carbon decreased obviously closely related;F / B decreased significantly,while G+/ and G were significantly increased,and organic carbon decreased and p H value increased.Land consolidation significantly affected the composition of soil microbial communities,reduced the stability of the soil ecosystem,with the extension of the finishing time,soil microbial quality has improved.The content of soil organic carbon in organic manure treatment was significantly increased by 33.3%~70.2%.Organic fertilizer can significantly increase soil microbial biomass carbon content,among which M3 is highest,compared with the control,the content increased by 108.9%;followed by M4,M2 and M1,respectively increased by 88.2%,42.4% and 32.1%.Soil microbial organic fertilizer treatment on the same carbon source utilization,consumption amount and rate difference on carbon source showed that the metabolic intensity of different;different treatments of soil hole color change rate of AWCD is M3 > M4 > M1 > M2 > CK.
