The current experiment was conducted to evaluate and analyze the different months of water quality in culture area,in order to provide reasonable and scientific basis for healthy culture.In four months water quality changes of pond,constructed wetlands,water outlet,control pond were monitored in culture area.The major indexes included water temperature(T),dissolved oxygen(DO),transparency(SD),pH,ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N),total phosphorus(TP),permanganate index(CODMn),total nitrogen(TN),nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N)and chlorophyll a(Chla).the results showed that some differences of T,TP,TN,SD,CODMn of pond were found significant in July and October.Some differences of pH,TN and Chla of constructed wetland were not found significant,however,significant differences were discovered in T,TP,NH3-N,NO2--N,CODMn in July and October.Some differences of SD of water outlet were not discovered significant,but significant differences were found in T,TP,TN,NH3-N,NO2-N,CODMn.Chla in July and October.Some differences of TN of control pond were not found significant,but significant differences were found in T,DO,SD,TP,NO2-N,Chla in July and October.Water body of culture area was eutrophicated.water quality of this culture area are eutrophicated seriously and water can be purified by planting hydrophyte.For phytoplankton circulating water pond aquaculture system,we compare different sampling time,July 25,August 25,September 25,October 25,Shannon and Weaver,r.Margalef index,evenness index e presented a decreasing trend,the trend shows with the operation of the circulation system,water pollution is more and more high,may be the reason was that the sedimentation tank set is not completely.And,at the same sampling time,different sample point of Shannon and Weaver,r.Margalef index,evenness index e there is a difference,such as ponds,and other three ponds of Shannon and Weaver,r.Margalef and evenness index e relative to other three Shannon and Weaver,r.Margalef,evenness index is slightly lower,e this kind of situation is likely to be filter feeders,such as range of silver carp fish and carnivorous fish,fish filter feeders to purify water quality,carnivorous fish helps to control the main fish from numerous young fish,miscellaneous fish and other competitor.In general,when diversity index is higher,the better water quality.This experiment through the circulating water pond aquaculture system,purification effect of the water and the study of phytoplankton to evaluate the ecological effects of the circulating water aquaculture system,on the whole,the circulating water purification effect and economic benefit of farming system indeed show advantage than the traditional farming mode,in the process of the experiment,the circulating water pond farming grass carp model because the price is low generally in the small profit,in the future to maximizes the circulating water pond aquaculture economic benefits,can cooperate with in the process of breeding in the future breeding some price is relatively stable,disease-resistant ability strong fish,to achieve higher returns.
