As an important food crops and cash crops,soybean plays an important role in agricultural production.In recent years,the occurrence of soybean root diseases even more serious,restricting the yield and quality of soybean.As a soil-borne diseases,soybean root diseases often caused by multiple pathogens co-infection,which are more difficult to control.According to relevant researches,breeding and using resistant cultivar are the most effectively economic measures to control the disease.We selected 80 soybean cultivar from Yellow River of Anhui,Shandong and Jiangsu,then use 9 kinds of main soybean root fungi pathogen to screening soybean cultivar to see which kinds of cultivar are resistance to fungi pathogen.We also check the influence of cultivar which are co-infected by fungi pathogen,the results are as follows:Firstly,we selected 80 soybean cultivars from three provinces of Huang Huai region,then using improved soybean hypocotyl inoculation method to inoculate soybean hypoeotyl with nine kinds of pathogenic fungi,such as Fusarium oxysporum?F.equiseti?F.graminearum.F.solani?F.proliferatum?F.aveneums Rhizoctonia solani?Macrophomina phaseolina and Calonectria ilicicola.According to the results:Although we did not find the soybean varieties are highly resistance to all these 9 kinds of pathogenic fungi,but we found the Fusarium solani?F.equiseti?Fusarium graminearum show medium resistance to some soybean.These three Fusarium species with medium resistance and more than respectively,accounted for 82.92%,61.25%,31.25%,for the test species.Resistance resource of F.oxysporum and F.proliferatum relatively lacking,and with medium resistance and more than species were only 4.17%,6.25%;the tested varieties of Calonectria ilicicola and Rhizoctonia solani resistance lack of resources,while Macrophomina phaseolina and F.aveneum,you may have rich resistance resources.Secondly,according to the conclusion from the first chapter,we choose soybeans which performance medium-resistant and above,using soybean etiolated hypocotyls inoculation,explore four kinds of relatively weak virulence Fusarium(Fusarium graminearum,Fusarium solani,Fusarium equiseti,Fusarium aveneum)co-infection caused by a combination of different varieties on resistance.The study found that Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium solani,Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium equiseti,Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium aveneum,Fusarium solani and Fusarium equiseti,Fusarium solani and Fusarium aveneum,Fusarium equiseti and Fusarium aveneum,infection complex combination of varieties resistant to change and the probability of exacerbations were 82.76%,91.67%,100%,76.09%,100%,100%.And for all the complex infection inoculation for analysis,99.21 percent of the Mixed infection caused by inoculation varieties resistant to change:84.92%of inoculation sicker,14.29%of inoculated sicker;the results show that different combination of Fusarium Mixed infection has significantly impact on varieties soybean,mainly for that the different species of Fusarium promote mutual infection while co-infection,resulting in the loss of varietal resistance.
