| Due to the shortage of water resources and serious waste of water resources,on the other hand,with the improvement of people’s quality of life,the concern of high quality vegetable safety has also rapidly increased,so basing on both water-saving and quality-increasing,a series of studies were conducted on the growth,physiology,root,quality and yield of tomato of Winter-spring crop and Summer-autumn crop,the purpose was to improve the reasonable irrigation amount(L)and frequency(P)of tomato flavor quality on the basis of ensuring no significant reduction in yield,and to provide theoretical basis for reasonable irrigation of tomato.Results are as follows:(1)The effect of irrigation amount on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit and root index of tomato were greater than that of irrigation frequency,the change trend was increased with the increase of irrigation amount,but the effects of irrigation frequency has no impact on tomato growth;Properly increasing the amount of irrigation can avoid the damage of the PSII reaction center,enhance the ability of the tomato plant to assimilate CO2 and promote crop,root and fruit growth.(2)The increase of irrigation amount could increase the yield,but at the same time,the WUE decreased,and the effect of irrigation frequency on Yield and WUE was not significant;The WUE and of L1 treatment were significantly higher than that of L3 and L4 39.21%,64.52%respectively of Winter-spring crop,and the yield of L4 and L3P1 was significantly higher than that of LI treatment 30.94%and 24.47%respectively;The yield under L4 and L3 was significantly higher than that of L121.63%and 18.89%respectively of summer-autumn crop.(3)Reducing the amount of irrigation apprioprately could increase the content of soluble sugar,Vc content in a certain range of irrigation,so as to improve the quality and flavor of tomato,and the irrigation frequency had no significant effect on the quality of tomato fruit;The organic acid,soluble sugar content and sugar acid ratio under the irrigation amount of L2 was highest of winter-spring crop,and the Vc content and nitrate content of L4 treatment were significantly higher than that of L1 treatment at 0.275 times and 1.34 times respectively;The organic acid,soluble sugar content and sugar acid ratio under L1 were significantly higher than those of L4 treatment 41.86%,34.45%and 49.60%respectively of summer-autumn crop,and the nitrate content of L1 were significantly higher than L2,L3 and L4 treatment 57.50%,75%and 103%respectively.(4)The content of fructose,sucrose and glucose showed a decreasing trend with the increase of irrigation amount in a certain amount of irrigation,the change of starch content was opposite to the change of three sugar content,but the irrigation frequency had no significant effect on the four sugar components;The content of fructose and glucose under L2 treatment were the highest of Winter-spring crop,and the fructose content of L2 treatment was higher than that of L1 treatment,L3 treatment and L4 treatment 60.92%,174%and 310%respectively;The fructose content of L1 treatment was higher than that of L3 and treatment at1.02 times and 1.25 times respectively of Summer-autumn crop.(5)In a certain amount of irrigation,reduced the amount of irrigation can increase the activiation of SS and SPS which accelerated the synthesis of sucrose,and can inhibit the activation of AI and NI which slowed down the decomposition of sucrose into fructose and glucose,and improved the synthesis of sucrose;The maximum activity of SS and SPS and the lowest activity of AI were in the irrigation amount of L2 of Winter-spring crop;The SS activity of L1 treatment were significantly higher than L3 treatment and L4 treatment 64.75%and 83.61%respectively of Summer-autumn crop,SPS activity under L1 treatment were significantly higher than that of L3 treatment and L4 treatment 67.54%and 97.51%respectively,AI activity of L3P1 and L4 were significantly higher than those of L1 62.89%,66.99%respectively.(6)According to the grey relational grade analysis,when the irrigation amount at seedling stage,flowering stage and Fruiting period respectively was 150ml/Per plant/per day,200ml/Per plant/per day and 400ml/Per plant/per day,and while the irrigation frequency was 1 times or 2 times every day has most optimal of yield and quality of Winter-spring crop in Greenhouse tomato;And when the irrigation amount at seedling stage,flowering stage and Fruiting period respectively was 300ml/Per plant/per day,600ml/Per plant/per day and 900ml/Per plant/per day,while the irrigation frequency was 1 times or 2 times every day has most optimal of yield and quality of Summer-autumn crop in Greenhouse tomato. |
