With the people on the green,healthy life of the pursuit of chemical weed to bring the environmental hazards and food safety problems can not be accepted by everyone.Aiming at the current situation of mechanical weeding in our country,combined with the advanced weeding concept and technology at home and abroad,we designed a kind of intelligent intercropping weeding machine which can effectively remove weeds and weeds in plant roots in one operation.In the weeding at the same time to effectively avoid the damage caused by the roots of plants,the plant between the intelligent weeding machine,including self-propelled vehicle body,weeding system,real-time image acquisition system.The weeding machine is designed according to the weeding requirements and the weed control index.The vehicle walking system and the weeding executing agency are designed to meet the herbicidal operation.Solid Works is used to model the designed body and the tool in the weeding mechanism is imported into ANSYS for modal analysis.The actual working conditions impose constraints and loads on the tool,and obtains the first six order modes to verify the reliability of the workpiece in the work.The simulation and optimization of the weeding process were carried out.The soil cutting simulation was carried out by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element display dynamic module.The deformation of the soil during the soil cutting process,the stress distribution of the cutting tools and the cutting resistance under different working speed were analyzed.Throughout the cutting process,soil and tool stress changes evenly and with a smaller amplitude.The soil is deformed by the cutting of the tool after cutting,and the surface of the soil is arched up and broken,and the small deformation is also occurred in the uncut part of the soil.Compared with the three cutting tools,the cutting resistance of the index blade is small,and the stress concentration area of the tool is optimized.After optimization,the stress is reduced by 16.4%-20.4%.The tool-soil was modeled by SPH / FEM coupling algorithm,the soil cutting process and power were analyzed,and the cutting power was validated.The simulation results show that the model is in good agreement with the theoretical results,and the feasibility and correctness of the algorithm are simulated.Simulation of weeding operation path of weed mechanism virtual prototype by ADAMS kinematics simulation software.Firstly,The simulation results show that the weeding path can not cover all the regions.When the cutting speed is constant,the weeding path becomes sparse with the increase of the working speed.Therefore,the tool rotation speed should be improved as appropriate.Secondly,the parameter is parameterized,and the weed path is optimized by ADAMSY optimization module.The optimized path can better cover the area between the trees,and the root area can be better covered,and the optimized weeding tool is not intervene.Image real-time acquisition system for the field of corn growing environment,the preparation of specific image recognition algorithm.By performing a series of processing on the real-time image,the processed image can be used to identify the plant according to the pre-trained classifier.In the specific area where the plant is set in advance,the plant avoidance instruction will be sent to the weeding mechanism.In the indoor experiment,the recognition rate of the two groups was 83.6% and the other group was 77.3%.In the outdoors because of the field path is not smooth and other factors exist,the recognition rate was 65.5%.
