| In recent years,with paying more and more attention to Chinese Acupundure in modern medicine,the health of Chinese acupundure is gradually accessing to people’s daily life despite there are so many ways to locate acupoints,but animal acupundure points were mure than 150 lands.of which 1/3 is relatively diffcult to locate.Thus a new researd focus that requires how to locate and acupuncte accurately has emeryed.Taking horses and dogs as research objects,the experiment tries to locate the acupuntures by ultrasound and x-ray meter,especially acupuntures which are hard to located by accruacy thrungh traditional methods.Means:(1)In order to evaluate the accuracy of ultrasoniclocation,two-dimensional high frequentcy ultrasound which can divide high frequency linear arroy probe into crosscutting and slitting pxplores the Acupuntures by moking bones as reference mark.(2)Explores the location and acupuntion of acupunctures by cambining two-dimtnsional high frequentcy ultrasound and D-ultrasound to concpntrate on vein.(3)According to the primciple of muscle testure’s unpallelal walking,use two-dimensional high frequency and focus on musle to investigate.(4)Probe into acupunteres’ location via two-dimensional high frequency ultrasound.(5)Though portable x-ray meter to inquire into the accuray of the location of point such as bones.Result:(1)Two-dimensional high frequency ultrasound can orientate and acupuncte truly some acupunctures,for instance,Taodao point,Dazhui,shenzhupoine,lingtai,Ridge point,Central point,Xuanshu point,Mingmen,Yang points off after acupuncture point.baihui.JianJing and Elbow shu.However,we can only focus on the location,such as Chengchongpoint,Tianmen point,rather than the angle.(2)Two-dimentional high frequency ultrasound and D-ultrasound,we can not only find the acupuncture pointe which include carotid acupoint,chest cavity kidney tang point,Quch,wrist in point,Carpol vein point Wropped around the wrist point and paimai point,but also distinctly find the angle,direction and dupth of puncture.(3)For muscle acupuntures,we can locate accurately asset of them,including changfind point,suokou,xieqi Hangou point.Tangwong and Qionshen,moure wey,we must take the measure of combining traditional Chinese medicine though which we can find the estabilished distance to dearly locate the acupuntures such as Xieqi,Hangou point,Yangwang and Qianshen.(4)Via two-dimensional high frequency ultrasound,we can focus on the locate and acupunction of Guonti point,Choujin point and Luecao point.At the same time,the position of tendons,the length of cutting and the observationg of reaver opsention are also aviliable.(5)Due to bones and needles found dearly though portable x-ray meter,so we can locate the acupunctures,whose representative is bones. |
