This study targets the poplar as research object,which was planted on the southern margin of the Inner Mongolia HunShanDaKe sand.Determining the unique model of poplar use water in 2015?2017 years from the qualitative and quantitative scale analysis,which based on the principle of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope tracer Measured the sap flow of the populus and environmental factor for long?term using the thermal dissipation sap flow probe and the automatic weather station.Then,calculating the poplar evaportranspiration during the growth period based on the Shuttleworth-Wallce dual source model.Combined with the analysis of poplar in the local ecosystem of water cycle and water absorption mechanism,Clear the poplar coping mechanism in different ecological environment,In order to realize the rational allocation of water resources in arid and semi?arid,restore the local ecological environment and provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development.The main results were as follows:(1)Analying the Changes of isotope characteristics in different water bodies(inclu ding precipitation,soil water,groundwater and xylem water)from different time scale analysis,Hydrogen and oxygen isotope characteristics of rainfall effected by environ?mental and seasonal change.The slope of two atmospheric precipitation equation were less than the slope of global atmospheric precipitation equation,and the expression were(? D=7.385?18O+3.0097?? D=7.51?18O+2.5011).(2)Based on the the principle of energy and using the the principle of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope tracer analysis of the ?18O6 that contained in the plant stem water and pontential water source.To judge the main water horizon of Poplar root qualitatively bying Intuitive chart compare and calculating quantitatively various potential water use ratio by Isosource software.Finally,concludin the tree water use patterns of Poplar and summaring the response mechanism of the environment for the growth of Poplar?(3)According to the physiological data and the measured data of poplar physiolo gical and environmental factors.Combining the water use patters and doing quantitative analysis of the influence factors on the corresponding water contribution rate change,with the SPSS software.(4)Simulating the process of evaportranspiration in 2016 during the growth of Poplar with the local meteorological data and the measured poplar physiological data,Bysing the Shuttleworth?Wallce dual source model,which was based on energy balance and micrometeorology method.Accquired Water consumption of planted poplar in the reproductive period was 343.92mm.In the last,to validate the matching of model by comparing the actual evaporation with simulated value.(5)Combining the root water absorption and water consumption of poplar in growth period with precipitation distribution in local area.Ggeting the qualitative and quantitative analysis of water balance between local rainfall and poplar transpiration water consumption in the reproductive period;Analysing the interaction between plant transpiration and soil water storage water;Analysing the refluence between transpiration of poplar and the source selection of root absorbs water.Finally,to get the dynamic reaction mechanism of draw poplar root in dry environment.
