Phosphorus is one of the most important nutrient elements for plant growth,which plays an important role in the growth and development of crops.The tolerance of the plant itself in the absence of phosphorus is different,oat is an annual crop of Gramineae oats,is the dominant feature of Inner Mongolia in the western region of Inner Mongolia larger planting area.Most of the soil in the main production area of Inner Mongolia is calcareous soil,and the chemical fertilizer applied to soil is easy to be fixed.In this study,we selected 60 V7 variety with high phosphorus efficiency and phosphorus inefficient varieties,and studied the physiological response of different phosphorus efficiency oat varieties to low phosphorus stress by root box culture and water culture experiment,the main conclusions are as follows:1.phosphours uptake and utilization:A significant increase in biomass and plant phosphorus content in rhizosphere soil under high phosphorus level low phosphorus level and non rhizosphere soil phosphorus efficient varieties under V7;phosphorus efficient varieties V7ph and acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher than p-inefficient variety 60;phosphorus difference between the two varieties significantly.2.Root exudates:Under low P level,the proton oat p-inefficient genotype 60 root exudates secreted than oat varieties with high phosphorus efficiency V7 root,indicating varieties of high phosphorus efficiency cultivars V7 acidification in rhizosphere soil was better than that of low phosphorus efficiency variety of 60 varieties.3.Organic acids secreted by roots:Under the condition of high phosphorus level and low phosphorus level,there were more organic acidsV7 than 60.The total amount of organic acid and other organic acids secreted by succinic acid were higher than that of V760,which was higher than that of phosphorus inefficient variety.The results showed that the high phosphorus variety V7 could activate the insoluble inorganic phosphorus in the soil and make better use of the insoluble inorganic phosphorus in the soil.4.Acid phosphatase activity:Under low P level,P efficient variety V7 secreted acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher than p-inefficient variety 60,P efficient variety V7 secretion of lower leaf acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher than p-inefficient variety60.The results showed that the organic phosphorus in the soil could be mineralized and hydrolyzed by the high efficiency V7,so the ability of absorbing and utilizing the soil organic phosphorus was higher than that of the high phosphorus variety V7.
