been difficult to succeed,not to mention the promotion and cultivation of cross regional water shield.In view of the anatomy and histochemistry of the stem and leaf of Brasenia schreberi,understand its structural features as primitive angiosperms,adapt to the aquatic environment of the apoplastic barrier structure of polluted water sensitive;study of different nutrient solution on the growth and the effect of Brasenia ammonium ion on the effect of physiological stress analysis of Brasenia,the most suitable growth environment of Brasenia schreberi analysis of the endangered condition,even in the face of the cause of their extinction will have an important help,has guiding significance for the future development of water ecological agriculture cultivation and management.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)by vegetative propagation from Brasenia plants in fields as test materials,training in nutrition environment test Brasenia under different concentrations,the growth of the observation and analysis of Brasenia plant,the experimental results show that 1/4,the experiment set;1/8,1/16,1/32 four kinds of nutrient solution concentrations were not conducive to a comprehensive analysis Brasenia,growth,may be suitable for the situation in the oligotrophic water,in the vigorous growth stage,it should not add fertilizer,so as not to inhibit the growth of Brasenia schreberi.(2)by vegetative propagation from Brasenia field plant as the experimental material,effects of ammonium ions on enzyme activity in water.In the light of good natural environment,will be placed in different concentrations of Brasenia containing ammonium ion in environmental water culture,and analysis of changes in enzyme activity of Brasenia schreberi growth was observed,the results show that the ability to adapt to the actual weak water shield Brasenia production management and provide guidance,promote Lichuan Chun vegetable industry development.(3)to collect the farmland cultivation in a vigorous growth period water samples,combined with the research methods of plant tissue cell wall histochemistry,using freehand section in ordinary optical microscopy and fluorescence bundle is a bundle of fibers,and the surrounding cells have no tissue differentiation.The roots,stems and stalks in the column with 2 primary Vibanry,petiole 1 primary roots and erect Vibanry Vibanry;primary cell wall sheath with KayBand and woody,pedicel and petiole sheath cell wall without histochemical fferentiation.The main primary vascular bundles appeared only in the separation near the lignification of conduit thread,and roots,erect stems and petioles,pedicel primary xylem conduit thread.Water barrier structure as follows: stem abscission and adventitious roots and surrounding cortical cell wall of Casparian strip,suberization and lignification;other parts of epidermis with mucus and discontinuous cuticles,and under the wooden skin layer.The roots and erect epidermal mucus and discontinuous outer cuticle,and the wooden skin layer,primary vascular bundle sheath cell wall Casparian strip and lignification.
