Forest,as one of the most important ecosystem on the earth,the occurrence of forest fires often cause serious damage to the forest,the protection of it has been praised by people's attention.In order to better protect forests,many scholars have carried out research,which will be increasingly development of wireless sensor technology is introduced into the forest fire monitoring system has become research hot focus.In wireless sensor networks,network coverage is the basis and prerequisite,the coverage algorithm performance directly affects the practicability of network and energy efficiency and stability of the whole network.Thus,this paper choose the energy conservation of wireless sensor network coverage for research.This paper has several basic aspects as followings:First of all,this paper researched the current forest fire prevention measures,and found that fire protection measures existed poor response,disabled monitoring total area issues.In order to solve these problems,the researchers applied the wireless sensor technology to the forest fire prevention,the background of this paper is based on this technology.Secondly,this paper researched the structure and characteristics of wireless sensor network and its performance evaluation.The basic knowledge of network coverage was studied,and found out the importance of energy for wireless sensor network operation.Therefore,the coverage algorithm in this paper was studied from the point of energy saving.Then,this paper based on the characteristics of the long interval of forest fire,found out that the seamless coverage scheme or the multiple coverage scheme has the problem of excessive energy consumption for the network applied to forest fire.In order to solve this problem,GPNCA was proposed.GPNCA algorithm achieved the purpose of saving energy by rationally grouping the nodes with the best seamless coverage and using the method of grouping nodes to work in turn.The relationship between network energy consumption per unit time and grouping is studied.Finally,this paper chose the DNGCA algorithm which applied to environmental monitoring had a good performance,improved the limitation of centralized control and facility support.A Energy-efficient Covering Algorithm Based on Temperature for Nested Triangles(ECATNT)was proposed.In this process,the coverage data structure of nodes was designed to realize the nesting process of node self-adaptation.The simulation results showed that the improved algorithm could well reflect the temperature distribution of the forest under the premise of saving energy.
