Sophora tonkinensis is a authentic medicines of Guangxi,which is the dry root and rhizome of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.belonging to the leguminous robinia plants.The main active ingredient is alkaloid,saponin,flavonoids and polysaccharides,etc.,which has a higher pharmacological effect and a good production value.At present,due to the formation of mutually beneficial symbiosis in the process of long-term co-evolution of plant endophytes and host plants,it has a good effect on enhancing the resistance of host plants,promoting the growth of host plants and improving the quality of medicinal materials.Therefore,based on the previous research,this paper studied the effects of endophytic bacteria on the growth and development of seeds and seedlings by using the existing endophytic bacteria of Sophora alopecuroides as raw material.The main results are as follows:1.The endophytic bacteria of Sophora tonkinensis have a strong potential to promote health.The results showed that the amount of IAA was the highest in the JXRP-21 strain,which was 29.59mg/L,and the ability of JXRP-22 to synthesize IAA was relatively low,and only 1.5 Mg/L;17 strains of active bacteria with dissolved inorganic phosphorus ability were screened and 23 strains were dissolved in organic phosphorus.The strain with the highest phosphate yield was JXRP-29,the amount of dissolved phosphorus was 6.5mg/L,the strain JXRP-The results showed that the activity of JXRP-22 strain was 0.148 mg/L,and 7 active strains with iron-producing ability were screened.The activity of iron-bearing carrier was 0.04%-2.35%,and the activity of JXRP-22 strain was more than 2%,2 strains were greater than 1%,the remaining 3 strains with less than 1%.2.The endophytic bacteria of Sophora tonkinensis can promote seed germination of Sophora alopecuroides.The effects of TRP-70 and TRX-9-1-2 on the seed germination rate and germination potential of Sophora alopecuroides were significantly enhanced by the method of soaking seed soaking.The results showed that some strains could promote seed germination,it increased by 10.0%and 23.3%than the control.The effect of JXRP-19 on the radicle growth of the seeds was significant,and the radicle length increased by 21%compared with the control.However,the effects of the tested strains on the growth of shoots were not obvious effect.3.The results showed that endophytic bacteria had obvious effect on rooting of tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that 22 strains of bacteria had good growth activity to rooting of radix sophorae tonkinensis.The average root fresh weight of 14 treatments was higher than that of the control group,the highest was JXRP-10 treatment,and the average root fresh weight was 15.4 and the average root length of the.13 treatments was longer than that of the control group,and the longest root length was TRP-60-2,which was 1.4 times of that of the control group.The number of root treatments in the five treatments was the highest.The treatment of JXRP-33-3 was 1.1 times higher than the control group.The average root diameter of 25 treatments in 26 treatments was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference of root diameter was significant,only TRP-60-2 The root diameter of the TRP-83 treatment group was 1.26 times higher than that of the control group,and the root diameter of the 25 treatment groups was 0.02-0.123 times higher than that of the control group.Among them,JXRP-29,TRX-68-1 and JXRP-33-3 were significantly promoted in four aspects:root weight,root length,rooting number and root diameter.They were prominent in the study of rooting effect of tissue culture seedlings.4.The endophytic bacteria of Sophora tonkinensis had a significant effect on the growth of host plant seedlings.Ten strains of cell lines were screened by seed soaking.The results showed that TRP-14 treatment group was 1.2 times higher than that of the control group,and the root fresh weight of TRP-14 treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the control group and the root weight of the other treatments was not obvious.The stem diameter of 8 treatments was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the stem diameter of TXRP-19 treatment group was 1.1 times higher than that of the control group.JXRP-10 JXRP-21,TRX-28-1,TRX-64,TRX-9-1-2,TRX-28-1,TRX-28-1,TRX-28-1,TRX-16-1-2 The root diameter of the treatments was higher than that of the control,and the root diameter of the seedlings was significantly enhanced.Twenty-two active strains with different degrees of promoting effect on the seedling of Sophora alopecuroides were screened by fermentation supernatant.Among them,17 strains were significantly higher than those of the control group.The most obvious treatment was the TRX-3,which was 1.6 times of that of the control group.Six fresh roots were significantly increased compared with the control group,and the most significant treatment was JXRP-22,which was 1.8 times of that of the control group.The fresh weight of the upper part of TXRP-10 and JXRP-22 treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the fresh weight of JXRP-22 was 1.9 times higher than that of the control group.The average stem diameter of the six treatment groups increased significantly,(P<0.05).The JXRP-19,JXRP-21,JXRP-21,JXRP-21,JXRP-21,JXRP-21,JXRP-21,JXRP-The root length,root diameter and root surface area of JXRP-36,TRP-70,TRX-3 and TRX-8-1 were significantly higher than those of the control.
