With the improving of people's life,the organic food has shown a broad market space,all countries in the world are actively promoting the development of the domestic organic food industry,large-scale cultivation of organic ecological farmstead will be vigorously developed;And weeds is an important obstacle in the development of large-scale ecological farmstead,most of the domestic mechanical weed control technology limited to remove inter-row weeds,the hasty and weed control efficiency is very low.Based on these demand,and puts forward the ecological farm intelligent weeding machine oriented research,at the same time,to satisfy the needs of the scale,mechanization of agricultural production meet the requirements of environmental protection and organic food demand.Paper main work is as follows:Firstly,analyzed the weeding confidential the functions,according to the requirements of weeding machine function,respectively for weeding machine drive,weed control in the form of cutting tool structure and damping scheme comparison and overall scheme design,and what is the key of this topic research,adopt what kind of way to control made weeding machine a walk in the process of removing inline and inter-row weeds.Secondly,completed the mechanical design of 3D modeling of weeding machine,mainly including weeding machine body structure design,shock absorber design,design of cutting tool adjusting device,steering and driving devices.Papers on the design of weeding tool in detail,analyses the weeding knife one-time removal mechanism of inline inter-row weeds,has carried on the parametric modeling to weeding tool design,in view of the different crops planting distance space,the weeding tool can be fast modeling design;Finally considering the weed control force of the cutting tool,the weeding tool for the modal analysis of ANSYS.In the end,analyzed the functions of the weeding machine control system,and completed the design of control system,set up a simple weeder experiment platform,and on this basis to experimental debugging of weeding machine control system,laying the groundwork for this topic for further study.
