In this experiment,Annong0711 as materials,a split-plot experimental design,the density of the main area,set of four density levels,were: 120 × 104 / hm2(D1),180 × 104 / hm2(D2),240 × 104 / hm2(D3),300 × 104 / hm2(D4);nitrogen fertilizer as the secondary area,four nitrogen levels were: 150 Kg / hm2(N1),210 Kg / hm2(N2),270 Kg / hm2(N3),330 Kg / hm2(N4).The effects of nitrogen fertilizer,density and their interactions on internode morphological characteristics,mechanical characteristics,chemical composition,anti – lodging index and yield and its components were studied.The aim of this study was to investigate the optimum seeding density and reasonable nitrogen application rate of wheat Annong0711 in Huaibei area,and to provide theoretical reference for high yield cultivation and large area promotion in Huaibei area.The main test results are as follows: 1.Effects of nitrogen-plant density interaction on the internode morphological characteristics of the roots of Annong0711.Nitrogen fertilizer and plant density all significantly affected the morphological characteristics of wheat stem internode,and nitrogen and the existence of significant interaction between the two effects.Under the different nitrogen levels,with the increase of seeding density,the internode length and plant height increased significantly at the base of 1,2 and 3,the height of the center of gravity increased correspondingly,the stem was thinner and the stem wall became thinner.Under different seeding densities,with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,the length and plant height of base 1,2,3 were increased obviously,the height of center of gravity increased accordingly,the stem became thinner and the stem wall became thinner.Nitrogen and dense interaction significantly influenced the morphological characteristics of wheat stem.The results showed that the intercropping length,plant height and center of gravity were significantly affected by the density effect,and the effect of nitrogen fertilizer was small.The thickness of section 2 and the thickness of stem and wall were Nitrogen fertilizer effect is more significant,and there is nitrogen,dense interaction effect.2.Effects of nitrogen-plant density interaction on internode mechanics and lodging index of Annong0711 stalk baseNitrogen fertilizer and density significantly affected the internode mechanical strength and fall index of wheat stalk base.Under different nitrogen levels,with the increase of seeding density,the internode mechanical strength and anti-lodging index of wheat Annong0711 were gradually decreased,and there were significant differences among the treatments.At differently densities,with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,the internode mechanical strength and anti-lodging index of wheat Annong0711 stalk base showed a decreasing trend,and the difference was significant.The morphological characteristics of stem stalk were closely related to the stalk resistance index.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between plant height,height of center of gravity and length of section 2 and anti-fall index(-0.558 0**,-0.6540 ** and-0.5360**),while wheat plant height and center of gravity There was a significant positive correlation(0.7450 **).There was a significant positive correlation between stem diameter and wall thickness at the base of stem stalk section(0.0655 **,0.3720 **).It was found that the height of plant height and the height of stem and the height of stem were increased,and the thickness of stroma,stalk and wall thickness and anti-fall index were increased.3.Effects of nitrogen-plant density interaction on internode chemical composition of stem base.The effects of nitrogen and dense soils on the content of lignin,cellulose content,soluble total sugar and nitrogen were studied in wheat at Annong0711.Under different nitrogen levels,the content of lignin,cellulose content,soluble sugar content and nitrogen content decreased at the base of 1,2 and 3 with the increase of seeding density,and the difference was significant.Under different plant densities,the content of lignin,cellulose and soluble sugar decreased at the base of 1,2,3,and the nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer.The interaction of nitrogen and nitrogen has a significant effect on the chemical composition of wheat base.The results showed that the chemical composition of the base of wheat straw was significantly affected by nitrogen fertilizer,and there was significant nitrogen and dense interaction between lignin,nitrogen content and soluble total sugar in the 2nd section of the base.The relationship between the chemical composition of internode and stem index was closely related.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between lignin content,cellulose content,soluble total sugar content and anti-fall index at the base of 1,2,3 of the stalk(0.8750 **,0.9201 **,0.9380 **),While the nitrogen content in the three sections of the stalk base was significantly negatively correlated with the anti-fall index(-0.6272 **,-0.6381 **,-0.708 0**).It can be seen that increasing lignin content,cellulose content,soluble total sugar content and reducing nitrogen content in the internodes of the stalk will be beneficial to improve the resistance of wheat stem.4.Effects of nitrogen-plant density interaction on photosynthetic characteristics of wheat.Nitrogen fertilizer and density significantly affected photosynthetic performance of wheat.(SPAD)increased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate,while the chlorophyll content(SPAD)decreased gradually with the increase of seeding density,and the chlorophyll content(SPAD)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the chlorophyll content(SPAD)Grouting medium.Under different nitrogen levels,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of flag leaf were decreased with the increase of seeding density,while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased.Under different densities,the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of wheat increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,while the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased.The results showed that the stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular carbon dioxide(CO2)and transpiration rate(Tr)were significantly affected by the density effect.The chlorophyll content(SPAD),net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and stomatal conductance were significantly affected by nitrogen fertilizer,and there was significant nitrogen and dense interaction effect.5.Effects of Nitrogen Mixture on Yield and Components of WheatDensity and nitrogen fertilizer on wheat Annong0711 yield and constituent factors have a significant impact.Under the low density D1 and D2 treatments,the effective panicle number per unit area of wheat Annong0711 increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.Under the high density D3 and D4 treatments,the effective panicle number increased first and then decreased the trend of.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the number of grains per spike increased with the increase of seeding density,while the number of grains per spike decreased.Sowing density and nitrogen fertilizer significantly affected wheat grain yield.At the same nitrogen level,with the increase of seeding density,the grain yield of wheat increased first and then decreased,and the yield was the highest at D2N3 treatment,which was 8951.8kg / hm2.At the same seeding density,the yield of wheat increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.When the nitrogen fertilizer increased from 150 kg / hm2 to 330 kg / hm2,the yield increased significantly.The results showed that the yield of wheat Annong0711 was 210-270 kg / hm2 and the planting density was 180-240 × 104 / hm2.
